Very poor service and access to this product store. Lack of cooperation and customer support. Not worth the price, I bought one item by mistake and I have no way to exchange or return it. Lot of brands says final sale no return but they are considerate enough to exchange at least.

I returned items to Wacoal.com and 13 days after they received the box, Wacoal sent an email to me stating they couldn't refund the cost of the items to my credit card because the transaction was denied by the credit card company. My credit card company did not find any proof that Wacoal attempted to refund my money even after I provided a transaction number Wacoal gave me. Wacoal wants me to wait 3-6 weeks for a check or they will send me a gift certificate or send it my PayPal account. Be careful.... A Wacoal supervisor told me this has previously happened with other customers. Seems to be an issue on Wacoal's end.

I returned merchandise to Wacoal on May 1, 2020 via the USPS using Wacoal's label. To date May 31, 2020 They have failed to credit my account with the proper refund. This company is by far the worst to do business with.Buyer beware !!

I bought a bunch of bras directly from Wacoal and they made me wait over five weeks to see if package arrived before giving me a refund. They wouldn't offer any sort of discount to reorder the missing items. Worst customer service yet!

Oh my God! This was the sale of the year for me. Normally I spend $68 on each of my Wacoal bras but here I got three for $68 +4 pairs of panties for only $12 the product is beyond fabulous. They have all varieties of styles - they have underwire and they have soft they have sports bras. This was a sale not to be missed. I hear they do this sale twice a year and you can be rest assured that I will be back.
