Told me I couldn't pick up package even though it was at the facility and being delivered the next day. Mind you package needs signature. Driver came the next day, knocks on the door, I open 10 seconds later and he leaves a stupid delivery attempt sticker. What's the point of requiring signatures if you are not willing to wait for said signature? Secaucus and Saddlebrook are league's ahead of this facility.

There are workers here forging signatures and stealing peoples packages. UPS online will say "Proof of Delivery" and have ZERO proof. I don't know who is running this warehouse but there is shady scheming going on on all fronts.

They are incompetent, they do not knock on your door and they do not leave delivery notice paper to steal your packages and they even stole a phone that I had in my package. A total location fiasco. I do not recommend that you pass your packages through this location. They are trash. They are thieves. 0 recommendation

I get my refrigerated meds overnighted to me once a month. This month someone at UPS decided my address was incorrect. The same address I've been having deliveries to for 7 years. They called and it was confirmed to be correct. 15 minutes later they marked my medicine package as undeliverable and they were sending it back to sender. I need the next dose imminently and now have to see if I somehow can get another fill approved thru my insurance since there's no way it will be returned, credited, and shipped back in time.

They lost a $25,000 seven foot box and have no clue where it could have gone?!! I bought a super rare vintage Oberheim synthesizer keyboard in FL and had it shipped to in Nutley NJ. The shipper double boxed it and used 3 entire rolls of tape to secure fragile labels and shipping label. It was packed to withstand an atom bomb. It landed at this Lydhurst facility and disappeared in thin air.How broken (...or corrupt) must this UPS location be to loose a giant 7 foot box?! Impossible. Absolutely impossible. And I am robbed 25K. I'm just speechless. I'm shaking as I write this... I have no recourse either. What's worse is UPS has cut me out of all communication with the claim because they said only the shipper can handle this now, so I get nothing. Just a $25K hit to my bank account. Since I paid the shipper cash he said we're just screwed. He tries to submit documents on the website but the site rejects them and phone support is useless. He started a claim with UPS over the phone with Indian outsourced support and they entered every drop of information about the item utterly backwards. They didn't spell anything right and screwed up the entire claim. Is UPS Americas biggest scam?? I think it is. I think I've found the biggest con artist in this country, and it's UPS. I've been robbed by UPS twenty five thousand dollars! This is why people just flip out in life and lose it. This is why good people jump out of windows or develop serious health issues yet UPS just keep robbing people and profitting from poor people like me. Talk about unfair, what could be worse? This is 100% CRIMINAL. What kind of country is this? I feel like I'm going to lose my mind over this.UPS refuses to do anything, especially the outsourced phone support in India that is beyond useless and keeps giving me bad information. You can't get anyone on the phone at this location either. When I go down to UPS center the guy just laments how bad phone support is and that they don't know anything. Suuuuper helpful bruh.To add insult to injury, the same UPS guy at the distribution center said that the label must have fallen off and it will probably be sent down south to auction for whatever they can get for it. So some yocal bumpkin in a cornfield will get a $25K vintage studio keyboard for $100 and I lose $25K. This was the only info the UPS guy could tell me. VERY comforting, thank you for absolutely nothing but a case of falling out hair and unbridled fury.

Worst customer care ever. Would deliver my package because of holiday closures. So I politely went to the facility to show proper ID and tracking info from ups app to pick up the package. I have done this with laser ship and fed ex. So this woman comes down to security didn't even introduce herself and basically was like what do you want. I explained my situation and she said no. I said I could provide you I'd or sign whatever you need. No. So I said your going to hold my package hostage until Tuesday even though I'm here now with I'd and there's no other way to retrieve it. Yes.This was a back school item for Tues which now she is incredibly upset about which I have to endure. Thanks a lot package hostage holding UPS. What a great way to say we care about our customers by holding their package in a building they are at and refusing to give it to them. These people should be fired and more customer friendly people who would actually care put in place

George delivered my boxes in Hackensack on a heavy rainy day and was thoughtful enough to place in my truck which was left open to protect 8 heavy boxes full of paper from the rain. Today is 4/29/23. He really deserves a shout. Thanks again George.

I had ordered two packages in the matter of two months and never received one of them shipped at the same time. Apparently UPS lost both of my packages . I’m so upset because the product I buy is expensive. I know they’re stealing my packages. How do you send one of my packages and not the other. I will never use UPS ever again!!!

Strongly suggest not using this UPS office they stole from me multiple times and cost me over $2000 being I was not able to complete my job. You might want to study them also being they have peoples personal information which is pretty dangerous.

The drivers at this location steal packages!!!I received a notification that my package was delivered and signed for by me, however, I was home and no one knocked on my door, nor did they ring the doorbell. When I called UPS to find out the status of my package, they said they would give me a call back. A woman named Debbie at the UPS Lyndhurst, NJ location said she spoke with her driver and the driver said " A man with a heavy hispanic accent came up to the drivers truck with my ID, said he was waiting on a package for (my name), and the driver gave them the package. You need to contact your shipper and file a claim. This happens all the time."There is so much wrong with this story. As annoying as it is that DEBBIE and the driver would blatantly lie about customer packages, it's more infuriating that DEBBIE was so rude about the whole situation. She stated that "It doesn't matter how you want to make it sound, someone has your ID". Which is completely false, as I am an active duty military service member on leave to visit family, I’ve been here all of 3days. There’s no way anyone has my ID.I will be filing a police report.DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH PACKAGES!!
