Sales people were very nice. They discounted the Golf R when 3 other dealers wanted $5000.00 mark up. Gave a decent trade in price for my Challenger Scat pack. Deal took less than 2 hours quick in and out.

I came to buy a lot of parts for a car, after a few minutes the employee became aggressive, throwing notepads and loudly discussing me with other employees

Inaccurate information. The worse experience I ever experienced at a dealership in sales and service department...

I noted yesterday that my key fob battery was low. Ì was able to bring it in to the dealer without an appointment. They replaced it in 5 minutes with no problem. I couldn't ask for better.

They have the worst service department and I would suggest that you stay away from this dealership in Lyndhurst. They are liars and are not to be trusted. Two months with a new car, I had to get it fixed. Part is on backorder for an unknown amount of time. They would not give me a loaner. They would not help me rent a car. Finally they agreed to pay for a rental but they never gave it to me in writing. Upon taking the receipt for the car rental, they gave me a difficult time and would not guarantee that I will get reimbursed. On a loaner that they finally gave me, they accuse me of have a scratch on the car. This was their way of getting out of paying for the car rental. I tried to get the name and contact information for owner of the dealership. After the 10th request, they gave him his name. Why would they not furnish me with his/her name if they had good business practices? I am fighting them to the very end, and will hire a lawyer if I have to. STAY AWAY FROM MATT AND THIS DEALERSHIP.

Ugh, I wasted so much time and money going to this service department with a problem. They lied to my face again and again, I'll never go here again. Instead go to a mechanic that is MUCH more knowledgeable and honest, these two are excellent, I wish I went to either one first. Woodland Auto Services in Kearny Kars Automotive Repair in East Orange These two places will run circles around This VW service center, if you don't believe me just check them out at least first.

They charged almost $900 to fix a check engine light which came back on in less than 24 hours. They refused to refund me. Took it to a local garage and all it needed was 1 spark plug. Car has been running perfectly now for months with no engine light. I wish I had not paid cash or else I'd dispute the charge with my card as fraud because that's what it is. A bunch of scam artists and liars

First off I went there to trade my car in and I met with a sales person. He gave me a great price for a Tiquan. He went to his sales manager to approve the price. As I was sitting at the sales desk along with other customers. Out of no where the Sales Manager yells out who the Fuck is ...... (my name). He didn't approve the price and I left. I do live close to them so whenever I have any VW problems with my car I take it there. I went there on Friday asking them to check into my acceleration of my car. It stalls when I stop and start. I left the car on Friday and they never called. I called back and he said they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. This is after they drove it for 20 miles. Then for some strange reason they are always trying to get me to buy, new tires, brakes, which to them comes to $1,500. I took my car to Meineke and get all that done for a less amount of money. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

A dealership that is far behind its time, not only with the building or service center, but unfortunately the customer representative is also far behind. Provoking the customer with not doing proper work and swearing at him, then laughing in his face as if he had done something good , WOW , I think doesn’t happen at any other dealership . At least never happened to me last 22-23 years at Lincoln, Mercedes and BMW dealerships,Maybe you can be satisfied when buying or leasing a car, but I recommend you to be careful when you go for service center , you are dealing an adult person with a guy has a very different personality , all they have to do is make sure bring you in again and again , even if they must correct something what they did wrong months ago,Just installing rear wheel arch trim ( or moulding , the plastic part ) is $164 ,Parts itself is $102 , $264 total , this one is nothing when you compare it with the attitude you get from customer service representative ,You don’t expect a service where you bought your car and trying to get a service,

These guys saved our summer vacation - We were driving through the area when our fuel injector blew - it was 4pm and we limped into the service area. Initially they said they would look at it first thing tomorrow, which left us so much uncertainty for how tomorrow would go - but one of the service guys brought it into the bay (on his own time - he was done for the day) and diagnosed the issue, giving us certainty that we would have a car to take us to the beach the next day. They helped us find a hotel, a place to eat dinner, and brought us there before they closed. Seriously, I can not say enough good things about the professionalism and kindness of this crew. I was not expecting it, and was so thankful. If you're reading the reviews on here, I would keep in mind that most people only take the time to review terrible experiences..,

Three County VW is a fantastic dealership in Lyndhurst. Mr. Scott Senior and everyone at the dealership were amazing. I worked at Three County VW when I was a junior at Pascack Hills in 2019. I worked on photography, license plates, washing a car, and inventory in the parts department. Three County VW is looking for more people to work at the dealership.

Do not come here.I brought in my car for an airbag repair, and they ended up finding a handful more issues with the car that needed repairing. Since it was a 2012 model, I inquired about a trade-in as opposed to doing all of the repairs. They offered me $500 for the car. Laughably low. I took it to another Volkswagen dealership the following week, communicated the repairs that Three County said were needed, and provided them with the diagnostic sheet. They gave me $6,000 for the car. That should tell you everything you need to know about this place. $500 vs. $6,000. If this is the closest VW dealership to you, do yourself a favor and drive farther to another one. You will not regret it.

I wish I read the reviews here first. I went to the service center with an engine misfire. They proceed to to give me $3,500 worth of work to do over four different visits and guess what, the problem did not go away. To add insult to injury each visit, they told me the problem was resolved, and it clearly was not. It was obvious after sitting in the car for 10 seconds. Either they are ignorant, don't know what they are doing, or just lie to the customer to get them to leave. I then solved the problem at another mechanic for $500 in one visit. I went back to tell them this and there still had the gall to criticize the work the other mechanic did that solved the issue lol. Please don't go here for any service, but if you do, DEFINITELY get a second opinion before allowing them to work on anything on your car. What a waste of time and money.UPDATE! Matt (manager at VW), you still don't understand. Your department failed to solve a simple problem in FOUR visits! Do you not understand this?? This same problem was solved in ONE visit to another mechanic. And guess what, the car is still running perfect. As the customer I wanted a problem solved and you did basically EVERYTHING BUT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. :(I told your department to check the sparkplugs since they were changed before this problem started. And you STILL DID NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE, which was the spark plugs. You can make all the excuses you want, the bottom line is nobody with a real issue should trust your department to fix anything with their car.
