Saturday morning I went there to do laundry so I trying to use a empty laundry cart without the metal (usually those carts have that long metal to avoid taking the carts outside) to put my large bags of clothes. I took the cart outside, an older woman with black hair who is in charge ,who always dresses the same with dark glasses, and who always smokes outside the laundry started yelling at me and talking rudely without understanding what was happening. I proceeded to put back my clothes in my car and went into the laundry to ask her why she was treating me that way again she start yelling me say that It's her cart and I'm not supposed to take it outside because it was stealing it from me and that telling me to leave this country in a racist manner in front of other customers . I was in shock , I left that place frustrated . I will not recommend anyone to go in there , the place is so small ,people sitting outside all the time and the owner is racist .

Quiet place to do the Laundry, small, the only thing is the time for washing, which is only until 6.30 pm. But Carol is an extremely gentle person who always helps you.

Soapbox Laundry is a very small laundromat with limited machines available to do your laundry in. It has only about a dozen regular size and about a half dozen large washing machines. As a result, you will have to be careful as to what time you want to do your laundry. The absolute worst time to try to do your laundry is both Saturday and Sunday mornings. At that point, you can encounter a wait to get your laundry started. In addition, be sure to bring your own laundry detergent, because the vending machine for the most part is out of stock. Very irresponsible establishment.

If I have the option to give this place zero I would’ve. The woman with black hair who works at the laundromat has a nasty attitude and is rude to her customers. The machines take the quarters and then they don’t work and instead of her fixing her machines she yells at her customers and accuse them of not putting any quarters. Like go fix your malfunctioning machines instead of running your mouth woman.

Hi on Saturday afternoon I was attacked by the owner of soapbox laundromat! My laundry was kicked upon, she was screaming in my face you not washing here while using racial slurs and even blocked me from loading my clothes in the machine with her hands up in my face all because my skin tone and accent! I was kicked out of that laundry mart

The phone number they have listed on the awning is out of service so if you try to call this place and find out if your stuff is ready for pick up, you can't get through! TWICE I drove from four towns over to pick up my stuff and the lady who works there (Carol) is never there. She leaves notes stating that she'll be back in a couple hours. (When I called, she was at ShopRite so I couldn't get my clothes ) I don't know how a business can be run this way. This is bullshit! My suggestion is to drop your clothes off somewhere else if you want them back in a timely fashion or make a reservation with Carol for when she's gonna be there and she's not out running errands

Nice quiet un crowded clean spot in the cut with newer machines. Outdoor seating and TV entertainment. You can comfortably finish a load in 45 - 50 minutes wash/dry.

Very clean establishment. Has manager on duty for wash and fold . Also she supplies assistance. Brand new washers and dryers. Drop off your large pieces ti be cleaned. Street parking.

I have been using this laundromat for 11 months. It is clean and the woman who is running this establishment has been here every time i use the machines. And she speaks fluent English!
