In the 44 years I’ve lived in Bergen County , I’ve dealt with pharmacies big and small ; chain ( CVS / RiteAid ) and “ mom and pop” ….And I can truly say that there is not a better pharmacy in all of Bergen County . The pharmacist Yolanda is just wonderful . My wife got sick yesterday evening ; I called Levys a few minutes before they opened at 9 this morning , and my prescription was ready at 9:03 !!! Incredible customer service ; they really care !!!

I work for a doctor's office and speak with multiple pharmacies on a weekly basis. This is my first time write a review because I had such a great experience with John. He was patient on the phone with me as we tried to see about a coupon savings card for a patient who really needed to be on a medication that had a high deductible. The patient was able to get this medication! I highly recommend this pharmacy, solely based on their customer service over the phone!

Life long local resident and my dad went here for over 20 years before he passed in 2001. I come here and again for certain items. My mom also got her meds here for a long time. Never a problem and a very neighbourhood feeling pharmacy. Last week I went by to find an elbow brace after I took a fall and landed on it badly. They didn't seem to have a big selection but I found one that was sized medium. Not gender specific also. I bought it without being able to try it on hoping it would work. I was only able to try it on about an hour later and I could not get it on. I am not overweight at all and my arms and legs are under weight for a 51 year old 5'7 150 lb woman. The box wasn't in best shape when I bought it and it opened very easily as it looked like it may have been used before also. Fast forward I am unable to bring it back until today. 8 days later. It was about $17 dollars and I don't want to waste more money so I want to return it. The owner said it looked used and he wouldn't take it back. I came in wearing one that actually fit and cost less from Walgreens. I told him I couldn't even get it over my elbow. I never "wore" it. He refused to take it back. I'm furious. He's losing a life long residential customer for what $17 bucks? Wow. Told him to keep and I'm never coming back. He'll prob try to resell it I realize but I don't care. Awful awful experience.

WONDERFUL experience! Personalized attention that you don’t receive at the big chain pharmacies. Yolanda Garcia took the time to go over all of my mother’s many medications. Absolutely top notch service!

The Technicians are okay but the pharmacist did not want to do the job. Could not make one call in order to support the patient. Good thing is pharmacy carried the medication but pharmacist needs to be more courteous and willing to work for patients. Lady pharmacist in the evening.

Yolanda is absolutely wonderful and helped me with a stressful issue with the doctor's office. I would 150% recommend this place just because of how amazing she is. The doctor's office was giving me issues with a prescription and she called them to take care of it and prescribe me with the medication I needed.

Levy's has been a staple in the community for many, many years. They usually are sure to carry an item that the big chain pharmacies would not usually have in stock which is nice to know you can count on Levy's when you're in a bind.

Good to support your local neighborhood pharmacy. Come in for the prescriptions and lottery tickets. HBA are to expensive , go to supermarket. Only street parking which is always available.

Rude and unprofessional staff asking you to sign for services they didn’t render. I went to pick up a device prescribed for me which they said they wouldn’t deliver to my town and then was asked to sign a delivery form when I went in person to pick it up. When I asked why, no one had a reasonable explanation. **Shrugs** Just ‘cause? Evening pharmacist was extremely rude and threatened not to give me my device. I presented state-issued ID, and my insurance card to confirm who I was and they never checked it. Teenage staff thought it was a joke and didn’t know what they were doing but somehow have jobs behind the counter. I would not recommend. Whole argument ensued about what constitutes a legal signature as though anyone there would know. I don’t sign forms just because people tell me to.
