I received very good care, I had a blood test without feeling any pain! It all happened very quickly, I was only there for 15 minutes.

Poked my 1 year old in both arms and the second person who tried the second arm kept going in and out of his arm until I told them to seriously get it out of him before I rip it out. They didn’t say anything to my son, no hi, no nothing. Didn’t even talk to him before the approached him. Also they were VERY slow. They didn’t have the needle prepared and had to go get it, while my sons crying and I’m trying to hold him down in the chair. Not kid friendly at all. We left without blood being drawn and just bruises on my sons arms.

Need to have a doctor's note, Even if you tell them exactly the test you need and will be paying out of pocket. Terrible process

This appointment in Lyndhurst, NJ exceeded my expectations. I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes! We were greeted by the friendly receptionist and then by Grace who treated my son with so much care. He was very nervous about having his blood drawn and she put him at ease immediately. I am super grateful for a smooth appointment from beginning to end and will definitely be back!

I used to love this place!! Always made appointments for my daughter here.. the receptionist smairy was amazing and super nice!! However!!!!!! The person that took my daughters blood appear to be new she kept poking my daughter and poking and poking ended up poking both arms!! I sent my daughter with someone else, if it had been me there I wouldn’t have allowed her to touch my daughter!! It’s been 6 hours and my daughter is complaining of arm pain!!!! The ineptitude is too much!!!! Never going back!!!

Beware of Labcorp! During my recent annual physical at the Labcorp location on Valleybrook Ave in Lyndhurst, I noticed a concerning situation. There were only two individuals providing services: one receptionist handling patient check-ins and the other, a nurse. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long for my appointment.However, I encountered a language barrier with the nurse conducting my physical examination. Despite her kindness, she communicated exclusively in Spanish and indicated she didn't understand English. This led to misunderstandings and errors in recording crucial information, which I later discovered that she had entered incorrect physical information during my visit.Additionally, she seemed overwhelmed, rushing between patients.It's concerning that Labcorp would employ nurses who are not fluent in English or multilingual. This poses a significant risk of inaccurate information entry and jeopardizes patient health. This situation is truly alarming and raises serious questions about the standards upheld by Labcorp.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman at the front desk was very rude. I can see why there was no one in the waiting room at 11:00 on a Thursday. This location was always crowded. I would suggest use of another location or go to Quest. I followed all procedure: made appointment, registered online and checked in. I'm sitting there waiting for the text. Then I hear someone calling a name that sounded like mine I go to check the board and it was another name. So I sit back down. I get a text and go to the desk and the woman at the desk hardly looks at me. She obviously was having a bad day but that is not my problem. An overall nasty person. I wish I had gotten her name. I go in and she says go wait on the line. So I look and say there is no line (I was just making sure I was standing in the right place). So she says very nastily it's over there (there was no line). Then a woman comes in after me looking for the line and she seems confused. I will be making a complaint to the company.

If you come for a walk-in be prepared for at least a 2 hour wait. I came in for a urine drug test, and waited over 2 hours. I started getting dizzy from not eating since yesterday and keeping in the urine. Will not return here again.

Labcorp can do better by not taking appointments for a closed location.

i’ve been coming here for a number of years and they are very fast even though sometimes they don’t have many people working there yesterday there was a woman at the front desk doing an intake and one woman drawn the blood. The waiting room was full, but I got in and out and didn’t have to wait long. The office is clean. They are parking in the back. It’s very convenient and fast. I’ve been to other LabCorp‘s and you wait sometimes longer than an hour but never here.

No one works the front desk... they take forever, what's the point of going there? I'd rather find a Dr that does blood work in their office!
