King Tech Repair is our remote IT support. They are an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful group of professionals. They were invaluable when my company decided to move our database servers to a cloud-hosted system.When my company decided to implement our barcode inventory management program, King Tech Repair managed the entire implementation plan and worked incredibly closely with our ERP provider "Epicor".They currently host our database, our VOIP phone system, and perform regular data backup's on our database.They manage our Office365 email as well.I cannot say enough good things about King Tech.Highly recommend. Please give them a call if you need any IT support for your large or small business.Thank you Adam, Blake, and Justin!

Unlike other vendors we had looked into, we had one point of contact. The installation and follow up was quick and painless and we would use them again if we ever had the need.

If there was a "no star" that's what I would have chosen. Needed a screen replacement. My son was quoted $79.99 price by phone, then when I dropped it off, I was told it would be $54.99. Was told I would be called within an hour when it was done. Never got a call so I called them 2 hours later and was asked how long it would take me to get there as they were closed and ready to leave. I get there in 5 minutes, the "new" screen had scratches and I was told it would cost $95 plus tax. Asked to speak to manager and was told "I can't reach one now". My phone was kept in the store until it could be resolved. Emailed when I got home and got a quick response from owner but they kept the phone until they were able to review the conversations, which are recorded. In the end I was charged $79.99 plus tax which was not what I was quoted in person, or what I signed and agreed to in the store. Find somewhere else with NEW equipment and honesty. Will never use this place again!

I saw the store so many times driving by and today I somehow slammed my car door on my phone. Yes .....I was so upset! My phone was paid off and I didn’t really want to get caught up in another payment. I was heading to the Verizon store when I remembered King Repair and so glad I stopped in. My frame was bent and the screen destroyed. Within 45 minutes I had my phone back and it looks and works better than ever. Thank you Qwame!

Came here to get my iPad fix and the service was great with great prices compare to other repair shops I highly recommend this place for any repair and I'll be coming back again.
