Dealing with Frank's GMC was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Scott McKenna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We bought this as a company vehicle and it was not easy to locate one. As soon as one became available Scott called and we got the details handled very quickly. A truly unique and positive buying experience. My salesperson Mark was outstanding. He is knowledgeable and professional. No pressure or sneaky tactics. Just upfront and honest. I am 70 years old and have bought a few vehicles in my lifetime and I appreciated the way Frank's GMC does business. Fantastic dealership!

The main reason I purchased another GMC product was because of the dealer and how they take care of the customer. I have owned Fords for many years but my last 2 purchases were GMC. Franks really takes care of you after the sale. 70k miles and the truck is still going strong g.

My truck was taken to the dealer via flatbed for a second time when it left me stranded due to an unknown issue when the vehicle would not shift. I did not receive a phone call from the dealer when the vehicle arrived. I also had to make several calls to check on the status. There was no loaner available to me on that Friday. They did have one on Monday but I had already made alternate arrangements. Nearly a week later when I picked up the vehicle it was not charged nor was it cleaned.

It felt like I went 12 rounds with Tyson in his prime after shopping around at other car dealerships and I’m still limping. Frank’s GMC was a literal Oasis amongst the bunch. After meeting with Khaled, it was a wrap. Hands down, the best car buying experience ever. Trust, transparency, comfort and price! That’s what it’s about! Glad we’re part of the Frank’s family!
