Had tires put on by another shop. They balanced them twice but was still getting vibrations. I decided to take my vehicle to this place as I needed a road force balance test to really troubleshoot the issue. Turns out all 4 tires had issues! Danny and team took care of everything and were able to get the manufacturer to issue brand new tires. They even did not charge for the original balance test since they said they could not get the positive results. Found my new home for vehicle maintenance!

Called them up when I started hearing a problem with my car, they were super friendly and had me come in right away. Turned out I had a backing plate that was rusted out and they basically just removed it right then and there. From phone call to fixed, 30 min. Unreal. Will be going to them for all my car needs from now on.

This is the third time I’ve patronized this business and I will continue. Service writers are friendly and helpful, transparent with pricing. Technicians work hard to turn your car around fast. Good job, gents!

Danny and the team at ETD in Lyndhurst really took care of me after another shop couldn't do the job right with a reverse mount. Fast, super-friendly, fairly priced, and experts at their job. Highly recommend these guys.

I've been going to ETD for a few years now, and they always take good care of my Jeep! Most recently, I had an unexpected issue come up with my brake system and I brought it right to ETD. Joe communicated the issue effectively, answered all of my questions, and was able to arrange for everything to be fixed quickly. Excellent customer service!! I felt like the team went above and beyond to help me. Joe, Danny, and Andy are all personable, reliable, patient, and understanding. An extra shout-out to the mechanics who I have not spoken with much, but of course, get the job done well and with efficiency!

I took my car here for a Michelin warranty claim. Danny and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible results on that claim. I cannot thank them enough for helping resolve tire issues that had been plaguing me for months.

Don't go to this shop unless you like to overpay. I went for oil change and got an estimate for $2,200.00 I told them I would come back then they told me one of my head light bulbs was not working they offered me to replace it for $15.oo then I got charge $50.00 more to replace the bulb when I got the bill. I was upset cause if I knew from the beginning that I was going to get charged labor to replace the bulb. I would have denied the bulb replacement. To replace a bulb in my car is so easy my 11-year-old daughter could have done it for free and the bulb cost 8 dollars at an auto parts store. I ended up taking my car to another shop and all the repairs ETD Suggested for $2200.00 I ended up paying $745.00 at the other shop. One star for clean bathrooms.

Only went there to get air in my tire but the counter person was very nice and even had a service person put air in my tire and also pressure checked my other tires to make sure they were OK. I drive past there often and they always look very professional

No one likes unexpected tire problems, but they sure make it an "easy to fix" kind of problem. Very friendly and helpful, caring staff. I had no idea they did so much more than just tires!! This is now my Go To place!! Thank you!!!
