I am obsessed with my new engagement ring! My original ring was stolen so I decided to use heirloom diamonds passed on from my Aunt. Tommy made me a custom piece and set everything in front of me. I can’t rave enough about this business. It’s family owned and son Rubin is also a pleasure to work and is knowledgeable about all things jewelry.

I came to David to fix a broken bracelet. He fixed it in no time perfectly and also cleaned my wedding ring. David jewelry is high quality, and he has beautiful pieces! Blue Diamond Exchange is a wonderful jewelry store. they have a terrific selection of rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces etc. Tommy and his son Rubin are extremely knowledgeable about what they sell. Tommy has on onsite jewelry repair location and is a real jeweler and not just a battery changer! Rubin, his son is a great person to deal with and has helped my wife on a number of occasions to purchase jewelry. In addition to real jewelry, they sell beautiful fashion jewelry as well. I like the fact that once you let them know where you want to be pricewise, they do not upsell!

My husband surprised me with a beautiful necklace from diamond exchange, blue diamond. He ranted about how helpful everybody was, so when i needed to have my engagement ring repaired, I decided to give them a try at their new Englewood location. I also brought some of my dated jewelry with me for an appraisal. Reuben sat with me and helped me decide what I should keep, trade or sell. He also showed me some new settings. He quickly understood my style aesthetic, and efficiently identified several beautiful settings. His sales approach was completely customer guided. He listened and responded accordingly. This is my first jewelry experience where I was not being upsold or coerced.Ultimately, I decided to get a new setting and accepted their offer on some old jewelry. Tommy quickly resized the ring and reset my diamond as I watched, explaining the process and ensuring my satisfaction.This was one of the most pleasant and helpful shopping experiences of my life. I will definitely be returning.
