This bank is by far the worst bank I ever used first of all on several occasions the drive up ATM does not work. I had to call the phone number and hold up a line of six cars behind me. Then they don't even repair the machine they said, I may need a new card. I get the new card and still cannot take money out of this ATM and error message. Still pops up the branch did nothing to resolve this and they don't even give the option for a ATM. The bank is closed. I have called numerous times and they do not care so I decided just to close my account and go to another bank So if you were looking to use your ATM or get your money out at Stay far away from this bank

Chase Bank in Lyndhurst NJ needs to be revamped. There hasn’t been a drive thru teller for years. The only drive thru ATM is constantly out of order. Five times out of six weeks I needed to do indoor banking. Finding parking is a major issue due to the location. Try making a complaint and the branch tells you there is nothing they can do, the ATM is serviced by an third party vendor. They ask you to call the 800 number on the back of debit card. Call that number and they say they can’t help you and transfer you to a “complaint expert” to file a complaint. The complaint is filed, but they want to give you a number for the company that services the ATM. You can spend your life on the phone all day and no one at Chase can help you or take responsibility. Time for anew bank.

This bank location is horrible, atm is always broken. They don’t answerd the phone , there hours change without notifying. ? thumbs down

Banker there was unaware of her customer leaving their wallet on her desk and accused me of dropping it there. My boyfriend has a similar wallet so i touched it to give it to him but realized it didn't open the same so i placed it back and apologized to banker bc she gave me a mean look. When we were done she runs up to us and says I left my wallet there but I didn't bring my wallet to the bank. Very loudly she says "for your information I did not let my customer leave her wallet here" and I'm so confused because I'm like why is she yelling at me for something I didn't do? Why would I bring her customers wallet back into that room and not tell her "i found this outside"but we both saw it OPEN laying neatly in front of us on her desk. She absolutely went nuts for no reason. I hope I don't get accused of anything in the meantime unprofessional and lack of awareness at best in this location. Go to Rutherford, I had better experiences there.

I don't have a problem with the inside customer service. My issue is that the outdoor atm rarely works. Here's an idea! If it is going to be out of service for awhile, why don't you put a sign up so that everyone doesn't waste their time getting in line to go through the motions at the machine.

Terrible customer serviceMy son is the main account holder. He wanted to remove the person from his account who he added himself. When we went inside the bank they couldn’t help us. They told us to come back the next day because apparently they were too busy!! It is a terrible terrible customer service! Was only going to remive the person from the account and we now decided to clise the account with Chase. Never ever again will use this bank!! Not only the branch but also their 1-800 numbet is terrinle. Waiting time is min15 minutes!!
