I had 2 rings a 39 year old engagement ring and a diamond band. I needed it turned into 1 ring! John did the perfect transformation of the 2 pieces and I am so so happy with the results. I will definitely be going here again for any of my jewelry needs, plus it was so nice to keep it local and support our small business owners. :)

John went above and beyond my expectations and took the time to answer my questions. I’ve given this place 5 stars before. They deserve another 5 star review after their help with my engagement ring purchase. John was so helpful throughout the whole process, and gave suggestions that benefit me rather than a better sale for his store. Him and his staff are are a great help, but better people. Chandel Jewelers is great. John is a really great guy and will do anything to make the customer feel as comfortable as possible. The process for shopping for an engagement ring was extremely easy and laid back. He will stay within your budget and will even go out of his way to save you money. The engagement ring I bought my fiancé was beautiful and she loved it, they even provided a care package for us afterwards. Chandel makes you feel like family and they treat you like family too.

Very friendly and helpful. I went in to buy my fiance a necklace. I did not know what to get. John was very helpful in asking questions to help me figure out what I wanted. He worked within my price range and did not try to extend the range. He was very patient and knowledgeable about his products.

I was nervous about having my white gold wedding rings sized up. I wanted a small, local jeweler with a great staff which is what I got at Chandel’s! My rings were done beautifully at a great price in a timely matter -couldn’t be happier I’ll be back
