Having a great lender is like having a security blanket as a real estate professional, you're looking for familiarity and needing someone that'll work just as hard and efficiently to help get buyers their dream home.
I was introduced to Christa through our buyer that has been by her side for their 1.5 year buying journey. Christa was also our buyer's security blanket and vouched that she'll get the job done.
Christa has amazing energy and can tell right off the bat that she really cares for her clients and will go the extra mile to do right for her clients.
She had everything processed and ready to clear the close weeks in advance; however, when real estate transactions are going too smooth, a hiccup will always occur.
It's through adversity that'll test and show the character of a person. Even though we hit a snag (out of our control) we banded together to work as a unit to get the issue resolved in a timely manner to meet and close earlier than scheduled.
Christa and her team are a gem, quick to process the back end work, do the heavy lifting, and provide additional savings, credits, grants (where available) to surprise her clients as well as her real estate counterparts. She managed to get our buyer a $5,000 grant.

Christa was very helpful and informative for all of the questions I had and I had way too many as this was our first home purchase. I liked the fact that she was prompt and answered emails, text messages and phone calls as needed when needed. We found her through our real estate agent and I think having a team that is flexible but also local when purchasing a home can be a great value add. We connected several times throughout the whole process and were able to close in about 13 days; it wasn't an easy process but having Christa guide us made it simpler so now we're prepared for the future. Would definitely recommend and most likely will use again for our second home purchase :)
