Laundromat managing tip from someone who isn’t a laundromat manager: if you’re going to blatantly increase the price of all of your machines, at least use some of that money to contribute to fixing the 60% of your broken machines, thanks and hope this helps! :)

Excellent parking, the place is cleaner than it used to be but machines are a little old. So, dryers don’t work well, you have to put more time to get them well dry (like 2 more coins than usual). Despite of that I kept coming but today something else happened.
The washer machine didn’t work because it didn’t have water. The machine couldn’t stop so I had to wait until done to switch to a different machine. I switched and guess what… no water either. So same thing, wait until done. That means 1 more hour of laundry. The employee was nice. The owner came and blamed that on me because I put too much clothes. I chose a bigger machine. I asked for soap because mine was over. She gave me the minimal amount (pretty sure it was not enough) and made me pay for the difference ($1.75). Not even sorry for the inconvenience, or thanks for understanding. Nothing. Somehow I was the bad guy here.

Never coming back. These people don't know how to actually do their work. Everytime I go their to clean they are always giving me dirty looks and not anyone else. She very racist and mean and rude. She need to learn how to her job. And she abuses more to people who are darker and hispanic. That's what I realized. If I had a choice I would put a half a star because j actually like cleaning my clothes there it's big but there is always a problem with that lady. And most of the machines are busted and broken. And if your machines don't work you have to pay to fix. No how about you fix it your the one that works there and bought cheap machine.

How can you run a laundromat when half of the machines are broke and when you open your doors and knowing full well that the quarter machine doesn't have quarters in them for people to be able to do your laundry. Do better.

I’ve been doing laundry here since I moved into Lyndhurst (about two years now) & all was well with no more than about 4 bags of laundry.I accidentally forgot a personally valuable leopard print coin purse on a washing machine & the workers here made sure to keep it in their lost & found for me even after about a month. Out of curiosity I decided to ask if anyone’s seen it, to which the lady there walked behind the counter & whipped it out. I wanted to throw my arms around her, but I just high fived her instead.It’s also about how you treat your customers. Thank you so much ♥️

I feel the price for the big machines is way too high they want $6.50 where other Laundry mats want $4.50, plus I use two dryers 40 minutes each my clothes weren't even close to being dry plus the floor I thought was very dirty

lousy place. the bathrooms stink and dirty. If you want to change coins they tell you no. and it is illogical because if you are going to wash they should do it.

Machines are always out of service. Some of them stink. Top of machine where you put soap have mold. Some ladies are rude.

I’ve been doing my laundry here a while, I think it’s time to move on.Aside from the fact that a lot of the machines don’t work and take a while to fix, the sensitivity of these machines is ridiculous. I’ve never had a machine go “unbalanced” in any other laundromat. Seriously.People complain about the staff, I’ve had half and half experiences. Sometimes (like today), they’re very nice. Sometimes they jump on you and tell you the load of sheets you put in could unbalance the machine (and sometimes does). One of them was on this with me and she told me I could use these other machines and split my laundry into halves. I told her I needed to separate whites and colors and permanent press, and she chuckled and rolled her eyes and said “well if you insist on doing it /that/ way”. Our laundry specialist at work, ladies and gentlemen.The bottom line is that there are another 30 laundromats in the area. Granted it has good parking and a lot of space to spread out, but it just seems like it was left behind.You could do better.

It doesn’t deserve a single star, but I got no choice. The workers at this place do not know what customer service mean, they are rude, uncivilized and sarcastic. I did not see sign saying no heavy loads and the lady in charge came at me yelling for two kid light weight jackets and a sweet pant. I understand customers aren’t always nice ,I do ok I understood the first time she told me and she keep going and since I decided to ignore her attitude and her rambling she went to another customer to speak bad about me and loudly so I could hear. Well could care less. I change machines anyway, so I don’t understand her attitude one bit. I don’t usually come here since most machines don’t work but it was an emergency and this is what happened. What a shame!

Machines are constantly out of order, staff is extremely nasty and rude. It has become extremely dirty would not recommend really gone down hill
