Every time I visit this post office, they find new levels of ineptitude. Honestly, I've never seen a place put so much effort into not working. My favorite time in recent years is when I was told I could not pick up cancer medications for my dying mother because I wasn't her. Even after presenting power of attorney and a signed and certified letter from her, they said my mother had to come in and get the medications herself. She could no longer walk or travel, so we never got them. Just this past week I was told that no packages could be sent to countries where the addresses are not in English. So, if you do business with any but a fraction of nations, you are out of luck. I've also been told that boxes from other companies (UPS, Amazon, etc.) cannot be reused if their logo shows. And taping over them doesn't count. So plain, unmarked boxes only! On the upside, this is a great place to go if you want to be sneered at by the employees for walking through the door. My advice- go to the Mount Holly post office up the road. They don't seem angry to handle mail and aren't invested in killing your parents.

The same female employee that works here that everyone complains about is the same one im referencing. I came here years ago and if she is asked to do one little thing, like a strip of tape it’s a big deal and she complains to you or just flat out refuses service.I’ve come back today and not much has changed. I’ve paid for shipping and she refused to print me a label for the shipping I paid for. She said sorry too bad this isn’t ups. Thanks I’ll keep that in mind next time there’s stamps for sale to support the usps.And before someone says that they’re not obligated to give me a piece of tape, i wasn’t obligated to donate to the usps either but I thought it was an institution we should try to hold dear. Similarly, if you can help a customer, you should. You’re in the service industry. And you chose to be there. And there culpability to be had in its failings when people like this are allowed to treat customers poorly and retain a job for decades.

Zero Stars for one specific employee. She is Rude, Arrogant and Irritating every time...I am sure anyone who reads this knows who I am talking about! If you don't like it, get a different job or learn common courtesy and leave your problems at home!!!
