It shouldn't take 2 and a 1/2 hours to draw a diabetic blood who was fasting and then a sugar drops.And he has to leave to get something to eat

I just wanted to say thank you to Debbie. She was awesome. Went to Quest Lumberton today for the first time and had some issues with my paperwork and I was also very worried about getting my blood work done. She was just really great and i really appreciate her kindness. Can't thank you enough.

I went early Sat morning for a scheduled appointment. There was no wait time, and service was fast. The ladies working there were friendly and a joy to talk with.

Absolutely no patients in office, but they have no time for a walk in? Not to mention the waiting room was empty. It’s sad how lazy people can be.

Beth made an appointment using the phone prompts but it didn't show up at Quest. Had to sign in as a walk in. So 4 stars for that. But the phlebotomist she talked to took her right in and was done in no time. And the needle stick site is just a tiny pink dot. Excellent! She would like to give her a 5 star commendation but doesn't remember her name. 6-20-23 at 12:30 1st room on the left. Hope that helps them find her.

I've never been here before but I had an online appointment at 2. There were only 5 appointments left on the site. I got there about 1:57 and noticed a padlock on the front door. I figured maybe there was another entrance and walked down to see that there wasn't. The lights were on so I'm guessing maybe they were closed for lunch BUT why not have someone still available to let people in or have that on the website because 9/10 people are going to come early for their appointment.

Very rude and ignorant staff at Mt. Holly Rte 38 branch. Staff treats Disabled patients like animals. If possible do not go to the Mt. Holly branch.
