“I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! Very happy with this towns postal service and their responsiveness. Not so much with the informed delivery which has nothing to do with them ?”
“A gentleman served me. I wish I got his name. He was a tall dark and handsome younger man. He was so kind and he made my day when he heard me speak Spanish. He Pulled his head up and UM Um Um. That's all he said he made me laugh. He send my package to Puerto Rico. Told me that it may get there later. But it got there earlier. Thank you Young Man you made my day. God bless you.”

I always go there to mail my stuff and they always help me. No fuss. No sassiness. Just purely professional. Because of that, I feel comfortable going there!”

“I wanted to make a quick note that on two different occassions my packages were sent to the wrong address with only one mistake being that of the Post Office.. with that in mind, Joe researched both matters and they were quickly resolved. Thank you Joe! And Thank you Mrs. Mail Carrier for identifying that you had in error placed my package in the wrong box. She came back after her shift in order to correct it. “This USPS is as good as the other post offices I've been to. There are times when the line is short and times when it is long. Sometimes the person behind the counter is having a good day and sometimes they're not. Overall, it's a lovely post office and they've always been able to help me out. The location is lovely too - being right next to the library is a real treat.
The people that frequent this post office though are some of the most impatient, opinionated, insufferable patrons that I've had the misfortune of lining up next to. I know it's hard for some folk to keep their mouths shut, but do try. We're in a post office, not a political rally. How am I subject to folks inane ramblings every time I go to send mail? I have no clue. I feel for the postal workers though, and it's not hard to imagine who contributes to their having a bad day.”
“Went to drop off my wedding invites around 10 am on a Wednesday and had an absolute sweetheart. She had short blonde hair, I wish I got her name but didn't think to look. She checked if everything was okay before it was sent off and she said okay good to go! Super quick and easy! Highly suggest going to the counter if you are sending Save the Dates or Wedding Invites.”

I've been going to this post office for over 16 years now and many of the original people have still continue to work here. They are courteous and kind and very professional and I wouldn't prefer to go anywhere else”
