“Just wanted to give this store huge kudos how professional and friendly all the guys at this place are. They are extremely efficient and know the business inside and out sometimes there may be a little wait, but these guys are on top of things they do all the little things that other stores don’t do by helping the customer in various ways. “I only wish that all AT&T stores were as professional and accommodating as this location. Visited the store to upgrade my Sister's phone and they were flawless in their execution. The phone was upgraded, data transferred and working properly within 30 minutes. We purchased accessories including an Ultra Watch and a case. Will continue to visit this location when I decide to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro Max when available.”

“The actual store was great! The parking lot was a NIGHTMARE. Normally I don't ever hold a bad parking lot against a business, but in this case, I must. It took over 5 minutes just to back out a spot. I can tell accidents must happen here every day. Super weird design, cars constantly coming in and out, and it was very small for the amount of businesses here.You'd be better off parking in the big lots parking lot and walking”

While inside we did see some people come in with a sense of entitlement and the staff handled it very well. They all deserve raises and the reviews lately I’ve been seeing have been untrustworthy. “The location is convenient but the service ( actual cell service ) is becoming more and more frustrating. Outages, dropped calls, the MyMetro app not loading. I couldn't even pay my bill on the website 6 different times in two days
