Visiting Miller Subaru and test driving a Forrester and eventually leasing a new Forrester could not have been more satisfactory. I was treated as a valuable customer at all times and my two sessions learning about all the great features on the vehicle were done professionally and with patience. They stole my AirTag.
Used the lemon law to make Subaru buy the Ascent back in Early July 2024. Left/forgot an AirTag inside and Miller has been uncooperative in returning it. When stopped by the place, their sales first lied saying I should talk to SOA because SOA has the car which I did before coming to the dealership so pointed out that SOA told me to talk to dealer. Then tried lying that the car wasn’t there anymore. When I pointed out that it’s an AirTag that was left inside and that the car is in fact sitting in the back of their parking lot with my AirTag still inside the seat pocket, the sales started redirecting the issue to service that was closed at the time. The service has not answered my phone calls (they were closed on Saturday after 12 when I stopped by). During the week, tried sms-ing the service writer Jacqulynn who dealt with the issue from start, but she ignores the messages. Tried calling after but no success.
I was not nasty to them at any moment. This is just their true face.
Typical sales mentality. These people will take joy in being an inconvenience to you due to their nature - not surprised. You won’t see me or my family shopping at your place again. I was looking to buy a BRZ this year and a family member was looking to get a crosstrek. Not happening at your dealership. With all the CVT issues, will be redirecting everyone away from these money pits to few Toyota models that still use conventional automatics. By the way, replaced the garbage Ascent with a 2024 TRD 4Runner.

I had an excellent experience with Miller Subaru start to finish. I highly recommend both the sales staff and those who help you get to know your car. Eric was the person who helped me learn about my Solterra and delivered my license plates and registration to my home.

First Time purchaser of a Subaru. I love it. Miller Subaru and its staff are excellent. Excellent pricing and financing Thru Subaru (Chase). I bought the Ascent. Everything handled professionally and no hard sell tactics. The vehicle I wanted to purchase had been sold prior to my arrival, (viewed on line), but within a few days my sales associated had located the vehicle I wanted and was delivered flawlessly. Thank You Miller Subaru!!!!!!!!!

Great experience at Miller Subaru. My Saleswoman Blair went over the numbers prior to arrival so I could review them. It saved time and made the experience more comfortable
The outback has a lot of features and Dave patiently explained them to me at the time of purchase and again a few weeks later. This was very helpful.

trade in process was low pressure,fair,seemless.

Went in for oil change, BY APPOINTMENT. took over an hour to even get the car in. Another hour to get the oil change. Waited over 2 hours The waiting time is outrageous, everyone else seems annoyed as well, just change your own oil or find another place. A waste of time.

I was very pleased with my experience here.
I like how no one was pushy and they gave you space and time to think about what you wanted. They also went over every detail on all the different buttons in the car. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to others as well. I’m also loving my new Subaru!
