I wanna thank the service manager Ryan for providing great customer service while resolving my issue FAIRLY. He listened to my issue with his worker, he empathized with me, and used fair consideration in his decision to resolve it. No one is perfect and mistakes happen, but the way you respond to it shows a customer if you appreciate their business or not. Taking accountability for a mistake is something a lot of workers don’t do. However I am grateful that Ryan was reasonable.

I'm back into an American SUV! 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend. The salesperson, Keith, made the purchase a good experience. Miller paid off my trade in less than a week. The Ford Bronco Big Bend gives me more room and overall protection compared to the asian compact car I was driving. I've owned 2 jeep wranglers and this Ford Bronco beats them in comfort, style, and looks. I'm hoping the AWD in snow and on ice will be enough to get me through a snowy winter. We will see, no hurry!For service, I'll go with Miller over Chapman and drive the extra 50 minutes.

My husband and I bought a 2013 Lincoln MKS at Miller Lincoln. Wonderful car great deal. When it comes to fixing my car that is another story. My driver's rear bushing broke. The first time they went back and forth with me about fixing it. My advisor had the last name Rasmussen. He told me the mechanic didn't think I needed to fix it so he told me to just spray it with WD 40. Spray what? I don't know where the bushing is. So they finally called me back and told me it was gonna be an $130 in top of fixing my car for a wheel alignment. I told my advisor I will have my husband call back. 5 mins. later after he talked to my husband it was free.? Really??? He was taking advantage of me because I was a woman and didn't know that my husband knew about cars. My husband told me to keep my mouth shut when we picked my car up. Ok. I let that slide. Now my rear passenger bushing is broke and I had a new advisor named David. They again sprayed my bushing with WD 40 and told me that they don't hear any noise. My husband and I both told David that he was wrong and there is something wrong with my car. So I picked it up and 20 mins. later down the road the damn squeaking started. If they don't wanna fix cars maybe they shouldn't be mechanics. They have to lower my rear differential to fix the lower arm bracket bushing. It's the same damn thing as before. Now I am driving around with a squeaky car waiting for the tire to fall off or freeze so I can have it towed to the dealership so they can fix it. This is a shame.

Drove over an hour and a half away to check out a mustang. I called the front desk 2 times during the day to make sure the car was available and set up for me to test drive and hopefully purchase. I was noticed the car was available and ready. Once I arrived the car was parked in the back lot with a big SOLD sign on it. So this company is very unreliable and even after I called to confirm. Will never make the trip back down to this dealership. If you are interested in a car there are plenty of other ford dealerships that would treat you 100% better

I have driven past this Ford dealership for over 30 years and never gave it a second thought albeit always reliving the horrors of owning a Pinto many years ago every time I see the blue oval. But having decided to purchase a F-150, this dealer had exactly what I was looking for having searched the internet for this pickup truck for many months. It was a windy, cold, and rainy Friday afternoon and I met Mike K. the sales rep. He was very friendly, engaging and above all not pushy. Not only did I test drive the F-150 I was interested in, he offered up several alternatives on hand carefully explaining the differences between the vehicles. My criteria was simple: I wanted a CPO; crew cab; black/black; low mileage; a nice amenities package; and a clean CARFAX. I purchased my original selection and I know the price is rated as a great deal! I was extremely pleased with the entire process taking less than one hour over two days (buying the F-150 and then returning the next day to drive it home). Mike is extremely professional as well as the rest of the team at Miller Ford.
