Saturday morning first come first serve is a JOKE. I was shocked with their poor procedure. It's really who ever checks in at the desk first at 8am gets served. When the door opened at 8 it was like a stampede. Everyone ran to the door to be in line first to get their vehicle serviced.I called ahead on Friday. No one mentioned this procedure. So getting up at 6am, being in line at 7:15am means nothing. Several vehicles where behind me in line but since they ran to the door at 8am they got serviced first.I am so angered by your process.I will not be using Miller Ford again. You might want to rethink your procedure. Right now your procedure STINKS!!!!!!!I will say the young man checking all the vehicles in for service was very pleasant.Nothing else was good about this experience today. I'm not happy with giving them over 700 dollars for work done when your Saturday procedure STINKS!! Plus I had to wait hours to get my vehicle serviced. Ugh!!!!Once again the public has manipulated the procedure and Miller Ford allows it.Services: Auto engine tuning

I'm back into an American SUV! 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend. The salesperson, Keith, made the purchase a good experience. Miller paid off my trade in less than a week. The Ford Bronco Big Bend gives me more room and overall protection compared to the asian compact car I was driving. I've owned 2 jeep wranglers and this Ford Bronco beats them in comfort, style, and looks. I'm hoping the AWD in snow and on ice will be enough to get me through a snowy winter. We will see, no hurry! For service, I'll go with Miller over Chapman and drive the extra 50 minutes.

My grandmother, who is in her late 70s brought her Ford expedition in for service. Upon inspection they stated it had various engine issues, misfires, failed catalytic converters and a slipping transmission - to which they recommended about $10,000 in repairs (including a brand new transmission). They pressured her that the repairs were more than what the vehicle was worth and to consider trading it in on a new one. Upon working their “deal” on the new expedition, they were absolutely gouging with the price on the NEW vehicle but also only offered $2500 trade in for her 2015 Expedition (based on the issues they said it had). I am in the automotive industry myself (own a dealership in California). Something seemed fishy to me, I told my grandmother that auction/black book value on her vehicle was about $10,000 - not $2500. With this in mind, I instructed her to take it to another shop for a second opinion. Took the vehicle to Mark Allen Automotive repair and to our surprise - what they found was MUCH different. The expedition just needed a full tune up (spark plugs and coilPacks). It did not have any transmission issues at all. $1469.00 later my grandmother has her vehicle back in perfect working condition. The lesson here… always get a second opinion. Shame on Miller ford for attempting to take advantage of the elderly and unaware.

I called twice and left messages and no one got back to me. BUT upon my arrival, staff were very kind and polite, there was coffee and snacks and a beautiful wait room. I had my airbag replaced, after 40 minutes I googled how long it takes, it said two hours. Not even five minutes later the gentleman said I was good to go! I usually avoid dealerships, but I look forward to going back! My only complaint, was the toilet paper, haha!

Drove over an hour and a half away to check out a mustang. I called the front desk 2 times during the day to make sure the car was available and set up for me to test drive and hopefully purchase. I was noticed the car was available and ready. Once I arrived the car was parked in the back lot with a big SOLD sign on it. So this company is very unreliable and even after I called to confirm. Will never make the trip back down to this dealership. If you are interested in a car there are plenty of other ford dealerships that would treat you 100% better
