She automatically cut me off everytime I was trying to talk.
If she don’t like her job then she shouldn’t work there.

Lumberton office has been terrible. I did not want a free phone with all the charges that it came with the phone, was very upset that he charged me $307 and I told him I could not afford that I had just paid my bills including the phone bill for the month would you charge me another monthly. Now I have to just shoot the 50.00 original charge made on May 4th. Another problem he has not had any receipt paper to give anybody a receipt of what their purchase was or an itemized bill. I was there on the 5th when this song went down, he said the paper would be on Thursday well it's not there yet today. And then he said come Friday we should have the papers I need to take a itemized Bill to get the itemized paper from the T-Mobile store so I can take it up to Bank of America and have those charges taking off my bill I'm back on my credit card at bank, I need the receipt to do that. So mean while my money is going to locked up until I get that receipt and take it to the bank to delete the $50 payment refunded before I got my new phone it was charged again. This has been a nightmare the man is ignorant yes his name is Jim Jim from the Lumberton store he was so quick and so fast he never explained anything about my phone never show me any of the policies because of no receipt. What store doesn't have any printer paper for days. I'm sure this isn't happening. I will again go tomorrow. Because I have children 17,10, & 2 are the 10 year old eats a lot so I need food money $50 is a lot to me. It's a full tank of gas so I can get around and pick up my children and drop them off to school, this whole ordeal has been a nightmare with this man Jim at the Lumberton store completely awful and unprofessional, he never showed me nothing about how my phone works or how much the new phone that I really didn't want I told him parrot sucking awful experience

They over promise and under deliver. Told I would get Netflix on my account. NEVER HAPPENED. Went to store to complain. Manager was sitting in laid back position with feet on desk, speaking to obviously a girlfriend or wife and had some untrained lucky do his dirty work. SWITCHING PROVIDERS.

If I could rate the representative at this store in Lumberton NJ it would be off the scale..to the heights...AL is knowledgeable about the products he works with, he is courteous, pleasant, cordial, well Informed about Metro phones and services.helpful, and extremely patient..I had an awesome experience with purchasing a new phone and switching one phone number of a lost phone to an old phone I had..he deserves a raise and an upgrade as well...keep up the great work AL... You Rock!!!

I went into the store, the rep was rude, disrespectful and looked unprofessional, like someone that just walked off the street. He wasa dismissive, arrogant idiot. That looked like he hasent shaved, or had a haircut since the beginning of time, let alone take a bath or shower. When confronted with my situation, he was not helpful, after only having service with this company for 3 days. And seemed to boldly lie, in front of me. This metro store is the lowest of the gutter, selling bad service, broken phone, and unprofessional attitudes. I will certainly let everyone I know of my experience. They can stick that phone where the sun don't shine.

Excellent customer service! I visited the store this past week to address a somewhat complicated issue. Initially, the store associate (Al) advised me that I would need to contact the 800 number for assistance because this particular service was no longer provided in the local stores. We continued to discuss the matter. Not only did he take the time to listen, but he also took the initiative to assist me with my issue. He went above and beyond the call of duty. His attentiveness and exemplary customer service was truly appreciated!
