Regarding maintenance, Gordan and Fabian were fantastic and quick with coming by to fix our window sill. Always asking and making sure that everything is well within the apartment, they were very helpful.

My first experience with this place was with Kristen Cox, amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and extremely kind… They have many great amenities which could use some upgrading, but all useful and could use some better landscaping and property upkeep, but other than that very quiet place to live and Pleasant office personnel
