Nice large store with good, large selections. Be careful they also sell shortcuts that don't work well. Also be careful of buying plants. There are times, especially in the heat of summer when they don't water enough. Use their excellent return policy on plants that die. Still a it's a great source for tools, paint, lumber and lighting, I would strongly suggest not using their wood floor instalation or of large appliances. We've had problems with their tech ability. We bought a white Whirlpool dryer at this location on 16 Nov 2023. We also bought a 3 wire and a 4-wire dryer cord (wasn't sure which one we needed and didn't want to drive the hour plus to check and come back) and a new 4in by 8-foot rigiflex dryer hose (which they automatically add on). We had it delivered a few days later and found out that we didn't need the 4-wire cord or the rigiflex hose. I asked for the extra parts so that I could turn them and get a refund. The delivery guys keep insisting that they would turn them in and the refund would be issued in a few days. The crew leader even showed me where he added a note about the parts not being used and returned for a refund. I watched him put the note in the system and hit send. I never received my refund even after multiple calls to Lowes and being transferred to the delivery company. After my 4th call, I finally got the delivery company to admit that they have the note in their system and the refund should have been issued, that was in DECEMBER! Here it is JANUARY and still no refund. If you're going to do business with this Lowes, make sure that if you get anything delivered you make sure that the installers don't damage you appliances or your home (they scratched my flooring) and if there are any parts you don't need DEMAND that they give them to you and turn them in yourself for your refund or the delivery crew will return them and keep your money. Lowes was definitely no help at all. They use a cheap delivery service that is very untrustworthy. Lowes, I hope that the $45 was worth the hit to your reputation because this isn't the first complaint I've read about this EXACT same thing happening at this store.

A big shout out to Claire at Lowe's/Lumberton. She approached us with a friendly and knowledgeable attitude. Addressed our questions about a grill we were interested in. Helped us at the cash register and advocated for us at check-out when there was a misunderstanding during our check-out. Total all around great sales experience. She was top notch in making sure everything was taken care of, including the work ticket to have our grill assembled. Thank you Claire!

I loved this store. A manager just humiliated me in front of two employees and two customers. I can't in good faith leave my 5 star review up any longer since I am now too embarrassed to ever return to this store.

Went to pick up vanities and there was a white couple behind us in line an associate ran to ask if they needed help when we were next in line. no one spoke to us or even bothered to ask why we were waiting in line. Finally Joe came over and helped he was amazing but the customer service in this store sucks

Lowe's of Lumberton NJ has been the most unorganized and unprofessional service provider I have worked with in a long time. We ordered new wood flooring for our stairs and hired lowes to do the installation as well. We paid over $4800.00 for our stairs in full at the time of ordering back on April 7, 2021. Since collecting our money, it has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with this company! Lowe's of Lumberton not only ordered the type of wrong flooring so we had 2 different wood colors, but they also charged us for roofing material (without our knowledge). To top it off, Lowe's flooring department did not return our calls and when we attempted to reach them by phone- we were placed on hold each time for over an hour at a time before someone would finally just disconnect the phone on us. Because we could not get through over the phone (despite leaving SEVERAL MESSAGES on a daily basis), we were caused to have to go into the store. When we went into the store, we were promised a credit for all of the delay caused by Lowe's errors and of course, still no credit and no response. It is now June 18, 2021 and to no surprise, STILL NO FLOORS and no return phone calls. This is the most unprofessional store I have dealt with in my life. We should have went to Home Depot!

Ordered a gas range Night before delivery they tell me it's out of stock. So I cancel the order. Go into store. Purchase a range to be delivered on Saturday before Easter so I could make dinner. They have 2 in stock at store so I'm told. Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock I get a call. It's not going to be delivered they damaged it on truck. It will be two more weeks. Thank you for ruining my Easter Lowe's. That's the last purchase you will get from me. Needless to say I cancelled that order too. Went elsewhere. No one in that store knows what they are doing. I called customer care. Was supposed to hear from manager. Never called. Very poor customer service

I purchased a new washer and dryer at the Lowe's Lumberton location, My sales person was awesome, but then it went way down hill from there. The delivery process and delivery guys were awful. They were unable to disconnect my old dryer from the gas line and caused an issue with my home gas line. This resulted in the fire department, police, PSE&G, and other to have to come to my house. Not a fun way to spend a Saturday. So then, the installation for the new dryer sitting in my garage was scheduled for today. When the delivery guys / installation guys came and hooked up the new dryer, it was broken!!! Long story short, I tried to resolve the situation with a store manager who was not working and spoke with a "customer service" person. No help there at all. I was told I needed to wait 5 to 7 days for a new dryer even though there were over 6 dryers available at other Lowe's locations in the area. It was my idea to check other stores. No one at the Lumberton location even suggested that. Seriously??!! I was told that I needed to speak with Eric who manages deliveries. He never picked up the phone and then I was disconnected. I realize that a broken dryer is not the fault of the store, it was a total lack of trying to resolve the situation for a customer. A total lack of feeling valued in any way. That my issue was just that, my issue and I would have to deal with that. I then went online and purchased yet another dryer from the Maple Shade store and its scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Thank you Brian at Maple Shade for being a great guy and helping to schedule it ASAP. I will not shop at the Lumberton Lowe's ever again even though I live around the corner from that location. I would rather drive out of my way and be treated like a valued customer. Or perhaps I'll take my business over to Home Depot.

Worst Lowe's run store that I have ever seen. The store is a mess, customer service is horrendous and the home installation services are a disgrace. I purchased 10 high end Pella windows, measured wrong, could not find them when they were delivered, multiple trips to my home to remediate. The previous year I had purchased 40 Pella windows from Pella....installed like a well oiled machine. Avoid this Lowe's and any services they want to sell. Total disgrace, spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else.

I had a great experience visiting the lowe's in lumberton, everyone is the store was very helpful! Especially due to the current circumstance of COVID-19! I will definitely continue to shop here!

We were supposed to receive our delivery today that we ordered a week ago. We received a phone call the night before with a drop off time between 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. When 2:30 arrived and we had not received our purchase, it took us an hour to get through to dispatch. They put us on hold and contacted the driver who said he was two stops away. 7:30 pm, still not delivered. Called dispatch again who put us on hold and said she talked to the driver, they were on the way. 8:30, no delivery. Called dispatch again. Took 40 minutes to have a dispatcher answer our call. She said our delivery was never on the truck and it was cancelled. We waited all day for our delivery. Things happen. If they had just called us to tell us it was not going to be delivered, we would have been understanding. The fact that the dispatchers lied to us is unexceptable. And the sad part is, Lowe's could care less. We will be shopping for our future home improvement needs at Home Depot.
