I’ve tried renting from a lot of local storage units in the past but I’ve never had as good and easy going experience like I did at this location, the manager was super helpful and understanding of my situation and I would recommend these facilities to everyone I know

Awesome customer service. My house was due to be flooded due to storm and called to get 24 hour access to the storage unit. I was given access to the unit and the girl at the desk( forgot her name, sorry) did not charge me as she said this was an emergency and wished me good luck on getting everything out of my basement. I made three trips. My first was at 6:00 pm and my third was at 4:00 am. Needless to say the 24 hour access was clutch and nothing get wet. I cannot say enough about the Prime Storage in Lumberton. Way to go and you have earned a customer for life.
