The staff members are absolutely amazing at this location! Very friendly, helpful, and professional. I needed to change to a smaller unit and they helped me out with no hesitation. The whole process was taken care of within a day, and it was completely stress-free. The facility itself is very clean and you can tell they take pride and what they do. Definitely a great place to look into if you need extra storage of all sizes. Highly recommendable. You won’t be disappointed.

I got a tender from here and came to empty my warehouse on the 2nd day. He didn't give me an access code. The office was closed when I arrived to vacate the unit and head out. The office was closed at 3:30 on Wednesday. I stayed inside. No one showed up until 5:30. I called another store and asked for help. a disgraceful place

We got a outside unit and was the worst my things got wet everytime it rained and it was a mosquito nest they used to tear me up everytime I went to my unit…Lol but overall staff is cool and Location is safe!!!

Nice storage facility, although prices have gone up since Prime storage bought out Lion storage.
Beware, also, that if you don't provide your homeowners policy information, they charge and outrageous fee for insurance.
In my case this was $15 a month for a 6x6 storage unit
