this FedEx location sucks. first, I have NEVER been asked to present identification to ship a package. I've been shipping for decades and this has never happened before. when I questioned the employee about why I had to present ID, she was rather short with me. she then apparently used my name to look me up in their system and asked if I was in fact the person on file and she wanted to verify my PERSONAL address for the shipment and I made it clear to her that I did NOT want her to use that information for this shipment because it was a BUSINESS shipment and it should NOT reflect my personal address as the return address. needless to say, she did it anyway even after I handed her the envelope I was shipping which had the correct return address on it. I was not pleased. I will never use this FedEx location again. the employee was not friendly nor did she follow the very clear instructions I gave her. thumbs way down.

Most of the time the place is closed for lunch they close the shutter. Someone has to check that place you can not even drop off a package. Also, the lady is very rude and finds another location any time the place could be shuttered down for lunch break doesn't matter 1:30 PM or 3:30 PM. Today was my last visit and it is one of the worst FedEx shipping center.

Elithia was nice today. However I came in with a prepaid QR code to pack and ship, and she initially told me they don't do that. Then she scanned the code, noticed it is a service offered, then was having a hard time figuring out how to do it. She said there was a computer problem then proceeded to take three easy scan and Go customers. I left as I had to leave for my next appointment.

The customer service in this store is second to none the woman Marie who is typically there when I go is by far the most helpful pleasant and knowledgeable person. Marie took care of me like I was her own family at a critical time for me sending packages to my son in the military. Marie should be recognized everyday for outstanding skills representing the company! 100 stars for Marie

I love going here for all of my shipping needs. The location is great and most of all the staff are extremely friendly and professional. No need to look any further.

I had the best experience with Marie. She was able to help me print the label and it took less than 5 mins to return my package

I had to wait to make this rating (didn't want my package to suddenly disappear). The Store Manager, Kareem I believe was his name, was quite literally the rudest, most unprofessional being I've ever encountered. When I approached him he was on a personal call, and wasn't trying to assist me. When he did assist me he was cutting me off when asking questions, and at some point decided that because I was taking too much time began to raise his voice and behave irrate. It was only when I brought his actions to his attention and my husband joined me that his tone changed. This guy really needs to be removed from the store front.

Arrived 1+ hour prior to closing and it was locked. They said the guy went home early. UPS doesn't do that....
