Waited over an hour because one of the pharmacists messed up my mom's medication and it was poor service. We got told to wait for 15 - 20 mins then another 30 mins and it just wasn't right none of them wanted to help or cared. Don't recommend coming here for medication or anything among those lines. Won't be returning and I can see why they have a 2.8 rating

This place is horrible ...they dont pick up phone instead of just taking my number if they are too busy they just click you off or open line up for second then hang up ...and act like Im bothering them!

Unprofessional & unhelpful. I was told to drive to this pharmacy because they had my meds in stock when I arrived I'm told the medication was now backorder. Noone seemed to want to help or cared

I wish it was possible for me to give these a**holes 1star. I had to come to this location to p/u an antibiotic for my child. I had to refrain from cursing the pharmacy tech & the pharmacist out, as well as possibly reaching across the counter on both of them. I work in healthcare and deal w/ patients everyday and will NEVER understand why some people believe that while working with the general public they need not have any customer service skills or interpersonal skills. Unsure if the response I received was due to me catching them right before their little 1/2 hour break, but their attitudes & condescension is how people get hurt. Thank GOD this is not my permanent pharmacy. Idk what I’d do.

I have had nothing but problems at this CVS. Today was the final straw when they informed they were out of stock of my medication at 6 pm on a Friday...6 hours after it was called in. How this pharmacy is ran is plain dangerous, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The logistics is ran by Penske.and they do charge a lumper. The wait time is long . Pack alot of patience, tou will need it.

The pharmacy is very unprofessional they have you waiting a few minutes before they come to you they are slow and lazy if you don’t feel like being there or dealing with people you shouldn’t be working don’t bother I’ve been there a few times and they all have attitudes and they will tell u hold on or make you wait a little before getting back to you especially the phone lines they take long to answer horrible don’t recommend !!!

Had a COVID test scheduled. Received several notifications reminding me. When I get there was told I would have to reschedule. There was no one to administer it! Wednesday Aug 3 really should be 0 stars

This is the fifth medication in a row (during pregnancy) that is delayed about 1 week+. They told me to call back after 3pm and now they will not answer the phone. Every time I’m due for a prescription, they order the wrong one and then I wait a week while they tell me it will be ready the next day. This has happened multiple times in a row and I’m baffled as to what the issue is. I’ve never seen anything like this

The wait at the pharmacy window is insane. I have never been to a pharmacy that is so slow-going inside is even worse. I understand they do covid tests at the window but they make the person sit there for over 10 minutes before they hand over the test. If you can’t handle the volume, don’t be a testing location. Will be switching all my prescriptions

I was so excited for a local pharmacy but unfortunately I have never waited less then an hour minimum to fill a prescription. Once they asked me to come back tomorrow for a prescription for my 6 month old baby with an ear infection. Another time I needed a cream for my 4 year old and the doctor put it in on a rush. Again…. You guessed it… hour and a half. Pre made and packaged cream. No counting. Nothing! Honestly if they walk away with any feedback, learn a more efficient filling process. If a customer is present fill it and go back to other orders. There is never anyone in line when I wait for prescriptions. It’s the most bizzare thing.
