Terrible, don't come here if you don't want to waste your day, don't arrive even 5 minutes early, much less dare to be late, I arrived two hours early, and I have 6 hours here waiting, always horrible ??♂️ don't come here

If I can give them 0 stars, I would like to do that, DO NOT COME HERE EVER! Terrible place! 4 hours to unload my trailer and still waiting. One of the worst place I've been!

I get that my appointment time is 3pm but I arrive at 7 am I watch trucks came in and out not busy at all ... I'm still here lol

Don’t come here to deliver before appointment. It should be exact time of appointment. Place sucks, try to avoid.

Well my appointment was by 6 pm I arrived by 4:30pm on door by 5 pm, unloaded by almost 7 pm so timing was good since I was 25 minutes left on my clock but they literally forgot to call me for lumper fee and went i went inside they were on the cellphone watching and my paperwork was sitting on a table waiting for idl what ...young girl was visible upset I went there to get it but their fault for not keeping track on the loads...ended up staying on berry dr until the morning...

Truck stops not far loves / petro but you have to pay to park at petro check in got unloaded right away got here 15min to app time not bad

I was impressed how fast they unloaded me last time I was here, in and out 1 hour delivering dry freight. I mean this should be a norm everywhere, but impressive for this particular facility. Thank you team! Keep up the good job!

The women with accent at receiving window is very rude. I had 3 stop load and I told her to make sure warehouse pick up only 15 pallets with number 1. Instead of appreciation, she gave me a very rude response. CVS your front desk or window people represent your customer service. I feel sorry for making cvs look bad and unprofessional.

Stay away from this facility they will take forever to unload you rude receiver came here for 2pm appointment got Out at 6pm on Friday now I’m gonna have to spend weekend here.
