Well that was not the case and they let us keep the truck there until he's able to be taken out of there later that. Kudos to them and from what I understand they have really good mechanics there.”

“Nice people. Good prices. Will give 5 stars once the issue with a used Nissan Frontier Truck is solved which broke down soon after. Not their fault. It seems that there was a pre-existing condition which surfaced after we drove off their lot as probably prior owner didn't maintain the cooling system properly. We're ending up having to get a new radiator.”

“I’ve been having trouble with my brakes. I brought it to Miller Ford and they replace the booster vacuum pump and everything seem fine but then the problem of a hard pedal happened again but it was so intermittently that I couldn’t just take it back so I waited and about a month or so after the front brakes started making a noise so I took it back to Miller Ford and I mentioned the hard pedal again when it went back for service for the brakes, and they realize that they neglected to replace a relay which they did this time free of charge, then they replace the front rotors calipers and brake shoes and the truck is perfect. I occasionally pull a trailer with a considerable weight on it and I feel so much safer now that the truck is going to stop when I need it to stop so five stars to Miller Ford , and when I need service again, I will definitely take it back there”

“I'm back into an American SUV! 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend. The salesperson, Keith, made the purchase a good experience. Miller paid off my trade in less than a week. The Ford Bronco Big Bend gives me more room and overall protection compared to the asian compact car I was driving. I've owned 2 jeep wranglers and this Ford Bronco beats them in comfort, style, and looks. I'm hoping the AWD in snow and on ice will be enough to get me through a snowy winter. We will see, no hurry!For service, I'll go with Miller over Chapman and drive the extra 50 minutes.”

“I came in to have my coolant system looked at and a diagnostic test done. They were able to find the issue and fix it quickly. They weren’t pushy about adding extra services. They told me what all was wrong, what needs to be done, and the cost before preforming any changes. The price was very reasonable and not overpriced. They also had a military discount, which really helped with the cost. I absolutely recommend them and I will definitely be back for my future car maintenance.”

“Outstanding Customer Service! Very pleasant experience. I went to buy a power steering pump and pigtail wire for my 2014 Chevy Impala. I did not expect anything of me showing the receipt of my Power Steering Pump I procured 6 months ago from HyWay because I knew it was used and it worked. The owner or manager overheard me talking to the customer service rep at the front desk. He walked over and took a look at my old receipt. He asked me few questions about the issue with my power steering pump. I received power steering pump and the pigtail wire as a courtesy...free of charge! I will return to HyWay Auto Parts again for future business.”

“I went here for the first time because of a deal I found on Groupon for brakes. Let me tell you, the two gentlemen that work the front desk was so welcoming, kind, caring & considerate. I was told by a previous mechanic I needed to change my brakes ASAP. When I came here, they told me I had at least 40% left. They didn’t have to tell me that as I would have been non the wiser but they did!!!!! It just shows they care about their customers. I will be coming here for now on!!!
