I tried to return a package to Amazon Prime with QR code sent to me by Amazon and there was a problem processing. Young boy did not know what to do and the quite elderly man was rude and also of no help. UPS needs better representation. I realize service is not what it used to be, but who would believe it could be this bad!

I've only used this store to return amazon items. it seems its a huge part of their business, and it must be really difficult. the few times I've been there they have been quick and courteous. I feel so bad for them, the store is stacked with returns and outgoing all over, even outside! but they seem to handle it.there's no need to be impatient or irritated with those in the service industry. some of these reviews are ridiculous.I'll continue to use this location, I've had no issues.

I was there this week and was "helped" by an elderly man. He started scanning packages before I was able to tell him what I needed. I had 2 Amazon returns, he scanned and put in a bag and throw in a pile. When he realized both items were in the one bag, he got annoyed with me. He was extremely slow while there was a line out the door. I had to send a package he scanned with the wrong address, it will eventually be forwarded to my customer but I wanted to buy new shipping for it. I just moved to the area and thankfully there is a store near my work. I will not go back here.
