When I first came here to visit my sister, the property looked so nice, presentable, and clean. Now the luxury living is gone. The hallways in her building has had patches of white paint there for months, and there’s always trash on the ground surrounding the waste bins. Also, the trash cans in front of the building door are always full and trash is always on the grounds. The grill is always dirty to the point you can’t use it, and the patio furniture outside is dirty and the couch pillows are always all over the place. The gym bathroom is always dirty with paper towels all over the floor. It’s even starting to smell !! I use to want to make this place my home but no more. I truly don’t believe they should be paying amenity fees if the amenities look like this.

A truly amazing place to live. My fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with how the last year living here has gone. The staff here are quick and responsive with maintenance. The buildings are updated and spacious for apartments. Also the location is great as well for shopping and activities.

We are very excited about our move to Autumn Ridge in December. I do want to take this opportunity to highly commend Dalyss (the leasing consultant). She was extremely responsive to the many emails I sent (I labeled myself as the woman with a million questions lol). She answered and addressed all questions / concerns i had. Not only was she very professional, Dalyss was so pleasant; an absolutely wonderful person.

Dalyss has been an outstanding Leasing Consultant. She’s been our “go-to” for all our questions and concerns. What’s more important is that she maintained a pleasant, welcoming and kind attitude through it all. She represented Autumn Ridge wonderfully and we are very appreciative of her open, swift communication.Autumn Ridge is a beautiful community and is clearly a great place to live judging by how hard it is to find any openings here. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to lease in this area.

My father and step mother live here and it's really beautiful! The place is very clean and quiet. They maintain the grounds very nicely here and the parking is sufficient.
