“I rarely had a problem when I lived there. Lived there for 10 years and rarely had a problem. Very, very quiet. The only thing is that back in October of 2020, me and my then 17 year old daughter had an incident with the downstairs neighbor standing in front of his window with no pants on and pleasuring himself. Went to police and they did nothing. Wrote a letter to management and they did nothing. The only time they do something is when money is involved.”

“i love living here. the apartment is gorgeous and well worth the money in my opinion. these reviews are not it. you are moving to a historical building, you should expect thin walls / to be able to hear your neighbor. also - they are very up front about parking during a tour. i haven’t had an issue finding parking somewhere on the grounds, although sometimes i have to walk farther than i’d like. if you want a designated spot you can pay the monthly fee, although i choose not to. i love the access to all the shops / restaurants and the gym here is gorgeous. highly recommend!”

“A truly amazing place to live. My fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with how the last year living here has gone. The staff here are quick and responsive with maintenance. The buildings are updated and spacious for apartments. Also the location is great as well for shopping and activities.”
