Valley Shepherd Creamery is a beautiful place to visit to get your mind off things. The farm has adorable animals like sheep, goats, and horses. Visitors can discover delicious cheeses, with a great selection where samples are usually available. The sheep's milk yogurt is to die for and hands down the best, and they also offer butter, drinks, and ravioli. There is a cute gift shop where you can buy cheese, yogurt, plushies, and toys. The workers are nice and helpful. Tours are available to see the whole cheese-making process and the animals, including newborn lambs and goats in the spring. It is an amazing experience and a great place for a trip.
Great place, came here twice so far drove 50 miles one way to get here. Both times great experience. They offer a great tractor tour and I also saw how sheep are kept with their little ones. They also have a lot of great products that they offer.

Just moved to the area and stopped by today to pick up some of their amazing yogurt! Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the babies were adorable. I will definitely be back again soon with my roommate to purchase some of their cheese and say hello to the animals.

Wonderful pace for truly genuine, artisanal cheeses. For being so local in New Jersey, this place is amazing. It’s a beautiful drive out in the country and you can check out their horses and alpacas before you walk into the shop. Highly recommended even if just for a day trip.
