WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIMES. AVOID this place unless you're willing to wait 40 minutes to have your tree cut down. We have gone to Pluts Christmas Tree farm for years but unfortunately the last two years the trees have been small so we have come to Granata's. We found the perfect tree and notified the people working. They told us they would be over in a minute with an extra guy to have it cut down. 20 minutes later we were still waiting and asked what was going on. We found out they were helping another family cut down their tree before ours (because it was smaller NOT because they were there first). We waited another 20 minutes for them to cut down the tree before they finally helped us. Will most definitely not be coming back here next year!!

They have the most beautiful trees. i live in Montclair but take the drive to buy my tree there every year. The family is so kind and going there is now part of our holiday tradition.
