Don't often do this but needed to address this. I have no issue with the tellers or branch employees, they always take my deposits and help me with no issues and are always friendly, I would happily 5 star them. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review for management. I have multiple active business accounts with wells fargo and today simply needed assistance with a dispute and block payment. I was already in the bank depositing money and decided it would be easier for me to have a branch rep help me with the process. The bank manager (a younger looking male who I have not had many interactions with) was with one of the service advisors when I approached them and asked for assistance. He gave me his attention but looked at me like I was absolutely out of line for asking for help regarding this (even though it was his employee that told me to come back if I needed assistance with this) and advised me to just call the person I had a dispute with to resolve this. When I explained that I had obviously already tried this with undesired results he then told me I should just call wells fargo customer service and while HE COULD help me I would be better served just calling the customer service number myself.
Sir, I was in YOUR branch ASKING for assistance. I am fully capable of calling myself, this is correct BUT as "valued customer" I would have appreciated an employee taking the time and helping me with the process since I was already in the building and ASKING for help.
My grievance dies here and I wont be escalating this any further but I can only hope that this helps you realize that while customer service may be inconvenient at times it is also a necessary part of business.
The 2 stars are for still providing me with the correct information on how to resolve me issue. Thank you for that.

I have been with bank 30 years. Have held up spam payments back for months. So obvious very costly to not be able to pay bills because of their incompetence. No trust left. Sad

I show up to Wells Fargo around 11:55. Decided to walk in because they had some men doing repairs on the drive thru roof even though customers are still doing transactions. HUGE LIABILITY problems if something goes wrong. While they see me walking over they go and close the door. I understand workers are looking to get out and start their weekend. That is why I have never arrived close to end of day because I am conscientious of the workers and have been in a similar predicament myself. I figure it's just a cash deposit, so I'll go to drive thru. Literally only a click of two buttons because now they have machines that do the counting for them. Talked to the lady and was left talking to myself. Very rude! If I wanted treatment like that I could have stayed at home and talked to a wall . I stuck with Wells Fargo during Fraud Scandal, should have closed my accounts then. I have been a customer for a long time, but it has just been one embarrassment after another. Never even received Initial Account Opening Promotion, but I let that slide. NOT THIS TIME. I love how COVID 19 is an excuse for people to not work. If you are going to open for 3 hrs you might as well not open at all. If I don't see official account opening promotion in my account by next week I am closing all of my accounts. Plenty of banks out there that want my money. Get woke people y'all don't deserve treatment like this. Banks make money by lending our money and we get a tiny fraction of the profit as interest on our accounts. They need us not the other way around, unless of course you need to do a cash deposit.

I have been to the agency three times and they again made no effort to understand my problem. I said I would close my account and they just shrugged their shoulders and said “Okay”. NO ONE in this bank speaks Portuguese, Long Branch has one of the largest communities of Brazilians and no one in this bank is able to help in Portuguese. If you need a bank that speaks your language, go to Santander, they do have English, Spanish and Portuguese.
