I sent a package to Mexico about a month ago, the staff who attended me was very rude to me and it was an American man. Sadly, he charged me 2 pounds more for a very bad box. The truth is, I will never send anything to that place again.

Very, very bad service, I recommend that if you are going to get American passports, I recommend that you do not do it. There is the lady who does that, she is such an arrogant person that for whatever reason they make her make another appointment ???

Horrible my package was missing my apt number so they sent it back same day. Without waiting for a day or 2 to see if customer would pick it up smh.
