This yoga space is very nice! The locations is beautiful and the teachers all balance each other out really nicely. So if your feeling like your up for more visualization meditative guidance, or more help in your practice with body placement, or you need a more firey yoga day vs calm, it’s all right here! ? ?

I'm new to the Yoga practice. After 6 weeks of Lisa and Sun Moon Yoga, I'm feeling fantastic! Lisa is an unbelievable Yoga and spiritual instructor. She is very well versed in the Yoga discipline. I can't wait to sign up for additional yoga classes that are offered. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

my first class was today and i totally left feeling brand new. the instructor was so kind and walked us through the entire class. Amazing energy filled the room and i felt my most highest self. I def would check this place out if your looking to start something new for yourself. Also very clean and organized .... felt zen!
