We stayed at the Wave last summer and l liked it albeit being overpriced, so came out today to check out the area and grab lunch. Had to do a double take to make sure I’m still in the US. What the h happened? What’s up with the flags? Is this Lakewood 2.0? Hard pass on this place from now on.

Beautiful beaches, amazing shops, and very good restaurants to eat. Plenty of parking is not expensive at all . Boardwalk is amazingly clean... The entire area is very clean . Is definitely family oriented, so if you are looking for unnecessary madness, it is not the place for i suggest ac.

This area/neighborhood was introduced to us about 10 years ago and we have not been to any other beach neighborhood since. The boardwalk is nice, activities are great and shops and restaurants are wonderful! I've considered buying a home close to Long Branch to be able to visit Pier Village more frequently. Need I say more...

I love living in Pier Village.. the team is amazing to work with.. had a maintenance issue last week that was handled so professionally. Ty called me before entering my apartment and fixed the issue within a timely manner.. thanks for making Pier Village a real home

Nice beach. Very crowded. Parking is bear impossible to find unless you want to pay$40-$50 at a nearby hotel.
