I will never recommend anyone using the payee program I will never use it again. THEY don't know what they're doing. They lie to ur face. They take they money for what. They don't do there job at all. They don't gave ur important paperwork to you until u lose everything Social Security got cut because they did not gave my paperwork to me and they have guts to call my caseworker at program to tell them that I was not going get my check they wait one day before my check want in. The payee told me don't worry we will pay for rent because WE MESS UP and they will pay for it don't it will not come out of ur pocket but that was a lie too. And now thanks to tell I lost everything because of them.. and will makesure no gets hurt again. And when u call them you talk to the answering machine and they don't call back at all.i will make sure u will pay for it.. and u guys will never walk all over people with disability again. U think weStupid not we won't to nothing butwill make sure this won't happen to anyone again

I have recently worked with FCS in helping with my friends, who are elderly couple with serious identity theft issues on bank transactions. The FCS has provided great service to them. They came to visit my friends home immediately and took the case. The case social worker Ms. Keana Miller has done a lot of great work! She has contacted the banks; discussed the issues with the banks; finding many resources and making good suggestions. With FCS and Ms. Miller’s efforts and power, there are significant development of the case. Without FCS and Ms. Keana Miller, my friends could never got this point. Ms. Keana Miller is very professional; knowledgeable; thorough; patient; and communicated information clearly. On behalf of my friends, we want to express great appreciation to FCS and Ms. Keana Miller’s great work!

In May of 1968 my husband and l adopted our baby boy. It was the beginning of the best years of our lives. Scotty was always a wonderful, kind and and very interesting & intelligent son. He lost his dad at the age of 11. The bond. between my son and l got us through a very difficult time. Scott served 6 years in the Aur Force as a medic. Today he is happily married with a wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters. He is now a successful doctor (MD) and never once has he forgotten about me, his mom. He’s a wonderful son, husband and dad, he’s always there for all of us. Most of all he’s a good person and an asset to this world. Thank you Family & Children’s Service of Long Branch. NJ for blessing us with with a beautiful baby, our son Scott.

Do not go with an organization to hold onto your money. Go with a family member or trusted friend. I had to have them as my payee and now for years I have been my own payee. Been trying for over a year to get a full check for the remaining amount.

Forwarded my brothers life insurance information to main office feb 1. 2021 with explicit details to have FCS pay his monthly premium. FCS didn’t make a payment until may 2021 almost causing my brothers policy to lapse and my losing the 79.60 I spent out of my pocket to start policy. Similarly his monthly rent was not paid in a timely manner always a month behind. When I inspected his account FCS religiously deducted their monthly service fee for service not rendered as in my brothers bills being paid on time . My brother suffers from TBI and is not able to handle his finances. I complained to SS administration in 2019 to become my brothers payee of course I was denied SS administration stating that it was in best interest of my brother to keep FCS as his payee go figure an inept, incompetent, company was the better choice than his brother. When I communicated with FCS which was difficult they will not answer phone, and emails take for ever to get responses in addition staff was rude, removed, and never could give a legitimate explanation as to why my brothers bills were being paid late. In closing if you have a loved one and FCS is their payee do what ever you can to remove them most of their clients have issues with handling finances thus FCS was contracted to pay them do it yourself. One star is too many

A few years ago they were nearly impossible to communicate with, get anything done. Now there are new staff, and they are the completely opposite of their predecessors. I just have to get used to the improvement.

My sister has them as her payee. They need to be reported to social security for not doing what they are saposed to. My sister never gets a monthly statement. This company took it upon themselves to change her insurance without her knowing. They will only send her 40 dollars a week of her own money to get personal needs. She has had to borrow money from me to buy food when she has money in her account. Getting reimbursed is absolutely insane. Takes forever. They never answer there phone, leave a message yeah right you won't ever get a return call. Sad part is this is their job!!!! It takes a special kind of person to work with all different kinds of people obviously it's not the staff of this office. You have a better chance to drive there in person to get what you need then to call.

I told them off yesterday I told Susan I'm getting a new payee. She said go ahead I'm going to social security Thursday morning. If it's a real emergency family children services don't care at all.
