Never leave your tools here, they never answer the phone, they never call back, they will charge you money on something they shouldn't have, I had to involve ridgid and still nothing, 6 months he kept my batteries and when I came pick them up he lied they don't do batteries and they don't have them but... They were left 6 months ago on the floor where you can almost trip against them and then the magic happens, he found them! Where were they? Same spot! He offered me to call tomorrow and but tomorrow never comes to this place, just look at the place, it's almost 2024, we have civilization! Inside is even worse!

My business uses large hammer drills. We were having to send them off for repair but Cougar helped us out, turn around is much faster. Definitely worth every penny!

Horrible! Can’t seem to fix my insured Simpson power washer, but never told us. They don’t answer the phone. Went there and they “were not sure where the paperwork was” or maybe he fixed my power washer and sold it and kept the money. No idea how he stays open.

Horrible business! Had my tools for 7 weeks and never repaired them. Do not return phone calls either. Had to drive there twice to get the story. One guy blames it on the other guy. The two are never there together. Just read the ****** reviews. I wish I did that first. Danger, Danger!!!

Well, this place is terrible as described by most others. My tool sat there for months and never even got looked at. If you call, they either don't answer or don't ever call you back. Waste of $50 and months without my tool.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. STAY AWAY!!!!! Home depot insurance company assigned this guys to me and confirmed pick up date 05/19 8-12PM. I got a call from around 12:30PM, but they couldn't come due to emergency. They promised me to come next day 05/20 around 10 AM. They didn't show up again. I called them around 12:30 PM and they said they will pick up now. Eventually they didn't come for pick up. I cancelled the service through insurance company. My mower stayed 2 days in outside with raining weather.

They didn’t honor the warranty for repairs even after talking to the manufacturer in my presence and being told it was covered under warranty. They never called to tell me it wasn’t under warranty or give me an estimated. All this after having my property over 2 months.I have contacted Black and Decker directly and have been told this should not have happened. Unfortunately they cannot get my money back. I was charged $35 deposit of not covered by warranty and $46 when I picked it up because they wouldn’t release it. It was a line trimmer and they asked to keep my battery when I dropped it off. I told them to keep the line trimmer just return my battery. They refused. I was forced to pay in order to get my battery and line trimmer.
