10+ year chase customer…. Issue with card. Service was curt/rude 2 tellers said can’t do anything. Went down the street to next chase and they were more than happy to help fix the problem with personal banker.

I decided to open new business accounts and personal accounts with chase. I have been working with TD for 20 years. I have the pleasure of working with Joseph Murray. He is professional, courteous and efficient. He seems to get everything done without hiccups. He is a Yes man. Some bank staff tend to say no before you finish your sentence. I recommend this branch. I also recommend building a relationship with the staff. They are people and want to be treated with kindness. Kindness goes a long way as apposed to barking demands. It's good to have someone that you can call if you need help with something. Be it a wire , temporary checks or connecting accounts. I recommend this branch and appreciate the staff for the effort they put

This branch has Oscar. His customer service and respect is admirable. I created my business account with chase and I’ve had nothing but problems and chip errors with the debit cards I was issued. This long branch location, with the help of Oscar, has changed my experience with chase. They make it easier to communicate and understand the system. I appreciate that they actually call to follow up as well. Great system! It almost feels like they are a member on team you!

I am a new business owner and chase has made banking a nightmare. I have wasted my time on 3 separate occasions only to get turned away with the same result . The customer service team and members of the branch have 0 consistency with following policies. I have personal accounts and was going to do my business banking with them but no more . When i said this to the banker she responded with a condescending remark. Completely unacceptable.and unprofessional .

I came to this office to open a new account waited 45 minutes, the teller came to me and asked if i wanted to wait 45 more minutes or come back tomorrow because they were busy and it was almost time to close (5:30) (they close at 6:00) besides open an account takes about 45 more minutes. I wasted my time sitting there trying to move my money from santander bank only because i have my credit cards with chase... worst idea ever. Michael from santander would never do that to any of their customers.

I have been waiting in this empty branch lobby for 30 minutes. Only one person has acknowledged that I was sitting here and that was 25 minutes ago. While 2 maybe 3 staff members have been helping people.... There are several other people chit chatting or walking around. As I wrote this one of the women helping someone finished up and asked if I was being helped... But no one has come yet. My trip to the DMV was faster than coming here today.
