Absolutely terrible support. I went there for the 4th time today, I had to wait for almost 2 hours, and they still didn’t open me a bank account

10+ year chase customer…. Issue with card. Service was curt/rude 2 tellers said can’t do anything. Went down the street to next chase and they were more than happy to help fix the problem with personal banker.
