However, the service at Hertz in Middletown made it as painless as possible and worked with me so that I was able to keep the rental as long as possible without paying out of pocket. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully won't have to!”

“I am changing my review do to my experience with my return. I spoke with Noah who was an absolute pleasure. He was apologetic and very knowledgeable. He was able to take care of the issue and restored my faith in this storeWorst customer service I've had in my entire life. Whoever that women is in the front had the worst attitude for no reason. They had me go home to get information just to prove i had a paid bill to use any debt cards (annoying but understandable) then argues with me that i might not be able to use the bills i brought and that it wasn't the correct document she was asking for ( she was wrong her manager took 2 seconds to figure that out) to only wait to say WHEN I GOT BACK that i need proof of insurance or it would be extra per day, which doubles the bill. Also that information cannot be added after so I'm stuck with it. Now I'm late for my college class, spend 2 times the amount i was told, and she actually looked annoyed at me and said nothing when she walked away. Completely unprofessional. NEVER GO HERE!”
“I can’t rave ENOUGH about Josie! Unfortunately I was involved in an accident, I was so upset having 5 children and needing a rental…..she was super friendly, kind and a complete JOY! I hope Enterprise knows the amazing employee they have with Josie!!! She truly is a wonderful representative of their company. “Had a great experience renting a car from this location! Had to have repairs done on my car and needed a rental for the week. Budget had the best price (was around $260 for the whole week). I prepaid online and picking up the car was super smooth and easy- Sam was very kind and helpful! He let me choose between two vehicles and recommended I try out the new Prius hybrid that was available. It was a very cool little car, brand new, with only 1,000 miles on it. Was fun to try out something different! The car was very clean and he showed me how everything worked. Returned it a day early today since my car was ready, and drop off was a breeze! I didn’t get the guys name who was working today but he was very nice as well. Will definitely come back if I ever need another rental!”
“My husband & I were back in the Jersey area to close on our townhome end of January. Reserved an SUV at this location for our drive back to NC with a 3rd passenger, so we were a little concerned about the space & luggage for our 8 hour drive back. Went to pick up the SUV and were pleasantly greeted by Audra. She was a lifesaver and was able to get us into a much larger SUV to accommodate our needs and alleviate our concerns about space. Audra was Both courteous and professional, as well as just a sweet human being. This review is long overdue, as once we arrived back to our new home in NC after a 9 hour drive, we found out a pipe had burst in our home, and flooded the entire home along with all of our belongings. We’ve been living in a hotel room since, but I just wanted to thank Audra for taking good care of us!!!”
