Ever since the owner changed this place is just the pits! It’s very dirty, I can tell no one cleans at all what so ever. The workers are on their phones the entire time while the laundromat is just unattended to. Literally filthy every time I come and here and I won’t be back. Today a washer was broken all the way at the end, took my money tho and another persons money. Told the lady sitting at the front who was on her phone the entire conversation. She tells me the washer doesn’t work no signage but she knows it’s broke. I had to use a smaller washer which means you took my money for what it’s worth of the broken machine and reimbursed me at cheaper one. This place is disgusting and dirty. No paper towels, floors disgusting, machines disgusting. Dryers disgusting. Bathroom disgusting all while the tenants play on their phone the entire time. Done

For the first time in a while, I was able to go in and get my laundry done without a delay because they've fixed many of the broken washers (dryers too).

The girl that work at night is very mean and nasty to you , they said they close at 11pm . The close at 9:30 I had not even a whole load and she told me no. She didn’t have to clean cause I was there the next morning early 7:30am and it was stuff on the floor. They open 7:00 am they put the air condition on low I be burning up every time. My previous visit wasn't to smooth, walked into leaking machines, wet towels on the floor and every other machine was not in service. I really miss the previous owner she was the best but this new owner all I have to say is get it together!! Overall decent place to wash & dry. UPDATE-I've seen improvement ? No air conditioning at least it didn't seem like it. Very dirty and hot. Machines were filthy I was there 3 hours and nobody walked around cleaning or sweeping. No wifi. ?

Went here one night to wash one load of laundry. Last wash is 9:30. By the time I got to the door with my bag it was 9:31 and she really turned me away.

I feel very sorry for the new owners. The employees do not answer the phone. The message is “ sorry the party you’re trying to reach is on the phone, the line is busy.No way to to contact. I’ve called a dozen times, and numerous days.

01/19/202301/19/202301/19/2023I had to EDIT my review for today’s current date 01/20/2023. only cause there is no way for me to go about this. It’s was pouring rain out (01/19/2023 12pm) . Im going thru the back door we’re the large dryers are to grab my laundry from the dryer. As I’m walking in. I SLIP and FALL had And there was no we floor sign and nothing there so when someone walked in they could dry their feet(shoes) nothing. The floor was soaked. I had to get going to work and I don’t even bother mentions it to the the lady that was working the morning cause she wouldn’t have done anything. I am in so much pain. Be very careful walking into that place. Not safe !

9/11/22 @8:35pm: I use to like coming here until I came at 8:20 on a Sunday night and the doors were locked. After banging on the door the attendant finally let me in. She told me I needed to be done before 10pm cause she was closing while the sign says 11pm. Then told me that I could not come in and out because she was locking the doors. If my clothes were not in the washer already I would have left! But she did let other people come in and said nothing to them.

Never opens on time. 7am start is a joke. Always clothes left in the machines. New owners need better staffing and reliable people. People would be lined up to get in. Now no one. With all the laundromats in this town this WAS one of the better ones.

Is this what I should expect from now on? Because I am frankly confused, I have been coming here for over 3 years and I have never seen this place more disgusting than now. The two girls that work here are on there phones 95% of the time aside from occasionally loading clothes in the machines, they get annoyed when someone asks for something. The place is disgusting, if your clothes fall might as well throw it out!
