This was our first time bringing our dog for a bath . It was filthy inside the bathing area . The brushes had hair in it and it wasn’t cleaned from the last dog that was in there . I guess that’s why it’s only $10 . It’s worth it to bring him to the groomer for more $$$

We go and buy two ducks, and as soon as we get home, we notice that one duck has a hole in its beak and a tiny bit of blood in it. So, we head back to the store, and the manager happens to be at one of the cash registers, holding the phone to her head. I don't say anything and wait patiently for her to finish her call, but before I could even open my mouth, she says the person on the other cash register can help. I didn't see it as a problem, but I did notice she was bothered by my mere presence there. I move on to the next register and explain my situation, and the employee right away asks the manager if it's possible for an exchange. She immediately says that as soon as the bird leaves the store, it's not returnable. So, here is my problem:1. It had not been an hour since I bought the animal, and even though it's a minor damage to its beak, I don't want to spend time caring for a wounded animal that is very sensitive and could die easily. I bought it for my daughter to learn a little bit of responsibility, but not to care for a wounded animal.2. I have bought birds from them several times before, and I had a chick die on me after two days, and I was given a replacement chick without any questions asked.3. The manager's attitude leaves a lot to wonder... I was rejected from the very beginning, just by standing next to her, and she prioritized helping someone else instead of me. So, is it a racial issue because of how I look? Is she having a bad day instead of using her position to make better judgments and help customers? Whatever the case, I feel that I could have received better customer service. Conclusion :Love the store not so much the manager. Here is pictures of my receipt to show time frame, a pic to the bird’s beak and a screen shot of Return policies on chicks. You make your assumptions…

We went to Tractor Supply in Logan Twp. The store only had 1 of the Tractor Supply brand pellet bags for $6.99 out on the floor. So, my husband went up towards the register to see if they had any in the back. There was a staff member that was ringing people up because the registers went down. She said that there were more in the back but it wouldn't be out until the register were back up working. Meanwhile both registers that were down had a person on the phone trying to fix it. Great. However, there were staff members, (probably the cashier for the checkout line) twiddling their thumbs behind the manager on the phone. You don't need more than 1 person at the register while they are down. I go back up to Julz the person that was checking people out with her handheld computer. She was rude, pointed and told me the same thing she told my husband. I told her that I didn't need the pallet of pellets, I just needed 1 bag. I told her that it's unfair that you have pellets in the back and aren't helping the customer on the floor. We didn't buy the 1 bag because why should I support the Tractor Supply in Logan Twp. when they aren't willing to help me. While we were walking out of the store not even 2 mins later, guess what? The registers were up and and they lost a loyal customer. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

Took a while to find out they had no cement bags. They stocked 14 bags and sold all to one person. I needed a bag and was told after 20 minutes looking that they didn’t have anymore and that they will have more in a week?

This is by far the worst tractor supply I have ever been in. It could barely even be considered a farm supply store. Out of the 20 or so times I have visited this store maybe 4 times did they actually have what I need. Every other time I have had to drive 20 minutes to the Woodstown tractor supply. The inventory is pathetic. Don't trust the website either because even if it says they have it they most likely don't. Do yourself a favor and forget this place even exists. As far as I'm concerned the only tractor supply around this area is in Woodstown.

The staff and managers at this location are extremely helpful, friendly, and do everything they can to assist customers. While it’s not the closest tractor supply to my home; this is the location I will continue to frequent for all my tractor supply needs!

I stopped in just now to use the dog bath. I saw 3 employees, and I had to ask to be acknowledged. Then, when I told her I was there to purchase a dog bath, she told me there were no towels.

I don't typically give negative reviews, this is my 1st. Me & my 4 year old go to TS often, mostly caring for her rabbits and supplying my workshop with gear. I spend a good amount of money there. I realize finding and keeping a reliable cashier can be difficult but this one is just too much. We often go at night right before closing. Cashier keeps asking my child what she wants, encouraging things to buy. Tonight she corrected my child for sitting on the cart with me there. She was sitting quietly on the bag of rabbit food very well behaved. Then after I had a moment with my child over wanting candy and me convincing her we didn't want candy in front of said cashier, the cashier offers my kid candy. I made several comments to said cashier about her remarks so she started addressing me as Sir over and over again. Lets keep the cashier checking out customers and away from the kids. I don't want your cashier who comes from who knows where disciplining my child and offering her anything. Her remarks and actions are so off the wall, I'm assuming she has some "other" problems going on. My child is well behaved and my parenting is super, we don't need the cashiers input. Most of the employees seem fine other than her. We like TS for the most part, but we are staying away from the Logan store. This isn't an isolated incident, happens every time we go there.
