I absolutely love Solstice! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. The workouts are intense but effective, and the community here is supportive and friendly. I've seen amazing progress in my fitness since joining. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get fit and have fun!

Solstice is the best of the best place. I love it to joine everyone is so nice and friendly they are always encouraged me. After my pregnancy it was hard to workout but they make so easy for me.they watch each and every single person in class and very helpful to reach our goal.
