You cannot shop here. It's just a donation center as the name says.

It's easy to bring small donations into to drop off large amounts such as exercise equipment and such such go to the large goodwill storefront

Fitting rooms are closed because of the “pandemic” and so are bathrooms. On top of that, they will not accept returns; they refuse to give you at least a store credit. You can’t try on the clothes so if something doesn’t fit, then tough luck. Many discrepancies between the store’s policy and what the web site return policy says. They should be on the same page

I hope that this isn't true that the good items are being picked out by employees and given to family members to sell on Ebay. I donate and shop there regularly, and don't want to believe this is true.

You would be surprised some of the clothes still have tickets on them from expensive stores, went to offer them a hospital bed brand new & I don't need it anymore so if someone has a truck I would be happy to donate it for someone in need.

Recent price hike for EVERYTHING at the Whitman store. Most of the “good” items are also now being sent to auction. This used to be my FAVORITE store. Now it’s a waste of time going there. I almost feel bad writing this because most of the workers are awesome, but the store itself is going to s**t.

I lost both my credit card and debit card in the Lumberton store today! It was returned to the front desk and the woman who worked there was sooo kind and understanding even after I started crying from panic!!! Will absolutely be back and I’m beyond grateful to the Good Samaritan that turned them in!!! Faith in humanity restored!!

Great place! It's hit or miss as with any Goodwill however the prices are very fair and the atmosphere was full of good vibes😀

I usually shop at the Absecon Goodwill, but occasionally I will go to the Bayville store when I go up to visit with my sister. They really need to get rid of some of their RUDE and NASTY employees, especially the guy at the cash register. Not only is he rude, but makes snide remarks under his breath thinking no one can hear him. To report any worker to the manager there is useless, because she appears drunk or stoned most of the time.

I was in your store earlier and your customer service is terrible. I wanted to ask your one employee a question and was not acknowledged at all. She was too busy on a personal phone call the whole time. Bath rooms are closed to the customers and there is profanity all over the walls in the changing rooms. Really low class. This is the one in Stratford, N.J.
