My husband and I went to go deposit checks from our wedding. The teller was unfriendly and told us that he can't deposit that many checks. He told us we would have to open a joint account but that the woman to help us was with a customer (there was no customer at the desk) and that she can't do it today. We left and went to the Fulton Bank near Kingsway, and the woman was friendly and deposited our checks with no problem, with no joint account, in under 5 minutes. The Logan teller was lying to us and was just too lazy to do his job! Would recommend the Fulton on Kings Highway if you want people that can do the job.

Will close my account due to the drive-through always closed. I sat waiting over an hour to go inside, and no one ever came.

I used to have a safety deposit box at the Logan Township branch but closed it after a conversation with the customer service representative. She asked me what kind of work did I do and I told her I worked in a warehouse and she asked me what kind of forklift did I drive I told her that I was the manager she assumed that I drove a forklift because I was black it never occurred to her that a black person could be the boss

The best bank locally.

I'm trying to close on a house. The mortgage underwriter needed a statement from the first of the month to today. My other bank (not Fulton) simply printed out a statement, attached it to the previous month's statement, and stamped/signed both documents. I asked this Fulton to do the same. They "don't do that. You must order an interim statement that can take 1-4 days." I left that Fulton and called the Fulton in Woodstown. No problem. They printed it out, attached it to the previous statement, stamped and signed both and sent me on my way. Why would one branch be able to handle this task, but not another?

The complete inability to perform such basic banking requests continues to amaze me each time I (unfortunately) have to enter to despot a check.

Employees are friendly however banking policies are frustrating. Very quick to hit you with remotely any possible fees. I had a savings account with less than the minimum balance but not negative. Until age 19 there is no fee. The day of my 19th birthday they hit me with a fee and sent me negative.

I endorsed a check over to my ex wife and Fulton refused to accept it and explained to me they do not accept secondary endorsed checks. Even though that exact bank had previously accepted such a check. Instead of giving me a real explanation they just stated they simply don't accept those type of checks. Terrible customer service and terrible banking policies.
