Went into the warehouse and I couldn't find anyone in the office. I waited almost 30min before a forklift driver approached me and gave me a door. He unload me in under 1 hour and brought me the paper work.

I share the same (poor) experience as many others. We had a scheduled delivery, between 9 an 3. At 2:30, we wanted to check to see where they were at but reaching someone via phone was nearly m impossible. Finally, we reached someone in another office who could see that the delivery was rescheduled, yet no one called us and this person couldn’t help us further since they were at another office. We had a crew on-site waiting for the delivery, and waster a day due to their poor communication.

First off the package arrived a week late due to shipping. The contents inside of the package was delivered damaged and broken. The box is destroyed and ripped open. The two guys that delivered my package didn’t not ring the door bell to notify anyone that the package was being delivered. My package was left In the grass. I am glad my ring doorbell app recorded this terrible delivery service. I was able to hear one of the delivery guys asking the other “we are just going to leave it here” and to be told “yup” as both quickly leave the front of my house back to their truck to leave before anyone noticed the package was being delivered. The delivery men were to lazy to have the decency to bring the package in the inside front door, which is included in the delivery service. This is by far some of the worse customer service I have experienced and by no means professional.

THE WORST. Someone at this company messed everything up by putting the order # where the tracking # should have gone. Completely lost my shipment, and no one at their "customer service" could DC be bothered to answer a phone call, online inquiry, nothing. Just avoid them at all costs.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Was supposed to deliver a $1600 outdoor dining set ordered from BJ’s as scheduled on 8/5. They called and said their truck broke down and would be there the following day 8/6 between 8-2p. Waited all day never came. They never rescheduled.According to their tracking it was delivered on 8/9. According to my security cameras it was not. As well as my neighbors security cameras. No delivery trucks on our road that entire day.They declared it delivered to Bj’s and provided tracking as delivered. They think I am going to miss out on my $1600. I plan to fileCriminal charges and a lawsuit if this is not rectified.NO ONE answers at this god awful facility.I can only assume someone stole the item at this point from the shipping company Ceva.

Didn't deliver the package the first time and they said it was delivered. Then when I had the company where I ordered the package from resend resend me it after it was declared lost, these people lost the package at their own facility. So I would avoid using them at all cost.

Worst delivery experience I have ever encountered!... Unorganized... Unresponsive... Unprofessional... No show on agreed-upon delivery date/time... On hold FOREVER trying to track my shipment and reschedule delivery... You have been warned!

Fast unload and overnight parking. Appointment was for 7 am, they started unloading me at 6:05. Out of the door and rolling by 7.

Terrible. I was at pu in NJ at 6 am (same company).They got me loaded 11:30am and delivery at the same day at 2pm. They fixed delivery time to 6pm and told me they will wait for me. I came here on time at 5:50pm. Surprise it was closed. CRAZY company. I will never get load from this company again.
